These guys don’t try to up sell, they will point out something if they think it also needs to be repaired but No pressure they just offer to send you a quote for you to consider for a future repair.

Great experience with the entire staff! We had a last minute cancellation by another company towards the end of our inspection period and had to find someone last minute that worked on Saturdays. Hilary the dispatcher, Jerry the plumber and Steve the supervisor came to our rescue. They were very prompt to rerun my call and very courteous. I would highly recommend them as a reliable plumbing company from every aspect!

They came out and got our broken main line fixed in no time and replaced what we needed with the highest quality I've ever experienced with a company. Alex is who you want to do your plumbing that's for sure, so if you need anything call him and he'll get it done!

Terrible value for installing kitchen faucets. No estimate provided over the phone, but it's $69 for someone to whip out a book with install prices. Why couldn't this be provided over the phone? Prices felt predatory and not competitive at all. Even with a coupon, the total cost was way out of anybody's reasonable expectations. Sad to have recommended this to a family member, won't be returning.

I very much enjoyed this service as my plumber was able to complete many jobs in a short amount of time with craftsmanship and with professionalism. I would use Parker and sons in the future. It may seem expensive but they use quality parts and back there parts and service with a warranty.

I attempted to install a pot filler on my own and created a leak in my wall. Of course this was after business hours so I frantically messaged different plumbers. Aussie replied first thing the next morning and sent Cameron out to assess the problem. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain where I went wrong and what I can do in the future to correct it.



The overall experience was amazing and I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

I have a solar assisted water heater, apparently very rare even in Arizona. Most plumbers will not touch them. Option One took care of it even getting me the tank on warranty. Only challenge was they had to come back a couple times to fix heater element wiring and then replace a tank thermal sensor. They did these at no charge and with no complaints.

Anthony is professional and thorough. Very good at explaining what was needed and helpful with recommendations. We use Anthony's Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

I chose this company because of a radio ad, i knew nothing about them. They did arrive during the time frame offered, the technician gave a price and advised as to other things that needed fixed. I asked him to just fix the immediate problem. He did and provided estimates of which neither have the same price that was quoted. His finished bill was 25.oo more than quoted and i got to clean up the mess that he left.

The radio ad states that all technicians leave a business card with owners phone number if there are problems which he didnt leave. I felt the were very over priced.

Simon was great, through a full schedule we were still able to work out an appointment day of. I had a old cast iron pipe my washer drained too that needed to be replaced after water filled behind my walls. He cut and retro fit all new ABS and installed a laundry box to Uniform Plumbing Code standards. Since it has been a few weeks and the work has held up wonderful. One less thing we have to worry about thanks to Simon!
