My initial experience when they replaced our roof was fine. However, we needed some maintenance performed which was not under warranty. After the work was done and the bill inventory completed I found out they charge for travel time. Explain that! I have never been charged for travel time before by other companies. The charge for travel time was not discussed with me when I scheduled the repair. The manager tells me everyone charges for travel time, but in my experience, which has been relatively vast, I've never been charged before. Needless to say, not happy!

Not only did they help talk to my insurance company but also relayed all the information to me properly and without delay. Back in 2009, we and our neighbors both had an excellent experience with Henry Monzon and Centrik for replacing the underlay of our tile roofs. Great follow up, materials, tips, attention to detail, and clean up. I was looking up their info to refer them to a friend and thought I really needed to leave this review.

These guys were contracted by my home management company.
They were scheduled to show up anywhere from between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. today they were a no-call no-show when we contacted our rental company to tell them that they were a no-call no-show All the sudden they tried to show up 9 hours later than they were supposed to then they hung up on us over the phone more than one time and proceeded to tell us we did not need to be home to show up here when we have small dogs do not recommend using this company at all.

Very unprofessional company

Previous owner had work done by Collum. When a storm hit and our roof leaked, I left them voicemails and sent messages. When no-one answered I found another company who immediately sent someone out and they were helpful. A week later, Collum got in touch to say that to even start the process of getting someone out, there's a form I should have known to fill out on their site! Why didn't they tell me that? So frustrating. Be warned.
