Best Shrub Removal in Phoenix AZ

We are very pleased with the pillars that were constructed for our porch and the porch extension that we plan to use for a fire pit area. Since we also had rocks, artificial turf, plants and a drip system installed, our backyard has a whole new look! The crew was agreeable with our requests. They were a little bit careless with the plants: I had to pull several branches out from under rocks for several of the plants. Fortunately, we have a year's guarantee with the new plants. All in all, I would recommend this company to others.

The guy that came to my house to take measurements was rude and abrupt. In addition, it took a week to receive a bid for only placing 8 tons of rock in our backyard. The bid we received was for 15 tons at the cost of $150/ton! Not only are they overpriced, but it also confirms that the guy who came to the house wasn't listening to me.

I've been using Divine Design Landscaping for several years and have recommended them to at least two other friends who have also continued to use their services. They always show up when they say they will, they do an excellent job maintaining my yard, and their prices are reasonable. They even check in every other week to make sure there aren't any special requests or issues. It's nice to always have a manicured yard and not have to give it a second thought. Highly recommend.

Month after month - year after year these guy just get it done. Yard always looks picture perfect.

I am giving two stars because unfortunately, I have more complaints than praise for my experience with them. I used their services recently and will start with the good. The team of three men they sent to work on my yard were fantastic. They were friendly, efficient, and communicative. How these men could smile and be friendly while working in the hot summer sun is beyond me. I appreciated them.

On to my gripes. The office is a hot mess. I called and gave them my info to schedule an appointment, only to have to call them back five days later to say I still need an appointment (someone was supposed to reach out to me to schedule my appointment and never did). So, the second time I once again had to go through giving my information because they didn't have it. It was like I never made the first phone call, which irritated me because having my yard cleaned up was time sensitive.

They tell me someone will be out to assess my property and provide an estimate. I wait all morning well into the afternoon. I receive an email with the estimate later that evening, which irritated me. Here's why: Apparently someone came by but didn't bother to ring my doorbell. I wanted to show the person specific areas to make sure my needs were clear and there were no surprise charges. I wasted my day sitting around waiting for someone to come when in fact, they did but didn't bother to let me know. So inconsiderate.

Speaking of surprise charges, if you hire them, expect to possibly pay an additional $100 beyond what you thought you would pay. During my phone conversation with the office I was explicit in what my needs were and specifically asked what I would be charged for. At no point was it mentioned that there would be additional fees for services I didn't ask for. Yes, looking back it was vaguely mentioned in the contract as fees MAY apply (not WILL apply), however they just as easily could have placed it in the actually bid clearly. Or perhaps if I had a chance to speak to the person that came and assessed my property in ghostly fashion, this would've been covered in the conversation. I felt the way thet went about this extra charge was shady, therefore losing my trust. I paid it, but with resent as I felt trapped by what I think is slithery business practice.

So much of this could have been avoided if this company had better communication skills.

As far as my yard, I am pleased by what the men did. They were smart with the time I paid for and brought my property to a place where I can actually breathe. Thank you, labor Team!

As for the people working behind the scenes, I just can't.

Our second time using Nature Homes Landscaping at our winter home in San Tan Valley. Our mesquite trees are healthy and require pruning once a year. Our job was scheduled FAST after the owner, Miguel came out to give a quote. FIVE hours on the job. The crew arrived promptly at 8:00 AM and wrapped up just after 1:00. They trimmed all shrubs as well and then cleaned up both front & rear yards. Not cheap, but reasonably priced. Overall, very good value for what we received. Very pleased.

The company literally blows the vegetation debri on and under your card in a pile. The rest gets blown into the street. I would like my car re detailed.

I just to work there, co-workers are very friendly and administration made parties for workers to let them know that they appreciate their hard work!

Staying locally in Scottsdale.
Started with a chainsaw to trim tree hangings and leaf blower at 0630 this morning... Suits the business, screw the locals eh?

I will be taking them to court. I sent pictures and everything they never grind my tree stomp down. Weeds were back in one week. They have no clue what a control valve for a drip system. (Right turn water on Left turn water off) The lady who talks for the owner expressed she doesn't want to upset her boss while the job paid for goes unattended. My plants are not doing to well without water. Over half the water whips are they do not work or been cut when they were doing. He express he wanted to created new work instead of fixing what they broke. They came one day I was expecting them my door was open since I let them cut through my house. I have it 20 neighbors watch them run up to door then ran back to truck while I was in yard waiting for them. This company does not hire American Citizens. All they did was play around when you tried to talk to them them all they tried to do was create work you do not need. They have selective understanding. They choose when it fits their need to understand.If you hire this company and you get ripped off I guess you never read this review. Did I mention the mess they left. They did not put a water turn off valve on they used rubber bands. I am not joking. Mr Nieto do you have a family I only ask is why you do not answer the phone yet up pick up second phone which turns off sound. How dare you treat people this way. Most do not have time. Being a first responder being burned 45% of my body in an Arson fire I have the time to see you in court. You say I was rude the reason was you have little you no education in irrigation systems. You invent stories that were unrelated to the situation. I am giving you 24 hours to come up with an agreement or you are asking me to bring you to small claims court. I talking to my attorney since being severely burned I have to go see a medical doctor. Then I am going to better business bureau. Finally the IRS for taxes. I am not positive but you can hire who you choose but I am pretty sure you are responsible for taxes. Fix your errors on my property or my plan of action is exact.
