The men did an exceptional job in a very short length of time. We liked the design of the lawn. The planning and execution was well timed and product was at the location when needed. I just want to start off by saying Botanist of the Valley does amazing quality work! The level of professionalism from Luis and his crew cannot be overstated. Luis was patient with me at the start and was responsive to all my questions. Once we settled on the project it was kicked off in an expected manner.

The crew showed up on time each day and worked their butts off. They were all friendly and I could tell they take great care in their work. They came prepared and looked like they could be at a professional job site.

Luis did everything he could to provide quality service. He made sure that I was happy with the final product. It seemed to me Miguel and all the other workers involved on my paving project really cared about details and the end result. Beware! What others say is entirely true, they sell you and will meet with you a couple times and then fall off the face of the earth. We’ve paid them to provide construction plans and an estimate (something most pool companies don’t charge for) and it’s been over a month since we’ve heard from them. We have tried multiple times to get our money back to no success. Just go with someone else, don’t make our mistake.
