These guys are the best! I love kicking back with some Dale Juniors on the weekend while enjoying my new backyard! One of the best companies I've EVER worked with!

Masterscapes helped me fall in love with my back yard. My yard was basically a huge dirt lot. I met with Derek and he listened to what I needed. After our meeting he sent me a blue print. The prices were reasonable so I signed up and six weeks later, they started and was finshed in 5 days. My yard is beautiful and peaceful. I am so thankful for the entire Masterscapes team.

The owner Sam and his whole crew were extremely professional and very thorough! They did a fantastic job on thinning and cutting our Mesquite tree and clean up!!! I have used them for years. Now that my account manager is one of the owners (a son who inherited) my yard looks terrible. I have given them countless opportunities to fix it, but forget it. They are even raising their rates AGAIN!

The techs assigned to McDowell village were very rude on 4/13. I was eating my lunch outside because it was nice out. The workers came by with leaf blowers and didn't seem to care they were blowing dust and leaves at me while I was sitting on a bench. Not very good service if you ask me.

Incomplete and disappointing results. Came out to maintain yard but didn't do good job though charged extra for longer project noting it needed it in quote. Left behind over growth, weeds and clippings while not attending to other plants and trees. In our frustration set up meeting next day to discuss our concerns and didn't show up. Forgot. Disappointing and frustrating experience. Need to hire someone else to finish.
