Shannon responded quickly to a request for an estimate and was to meet me at the project site and provide me with an accurate quote quickly. Customer Name: Lenora Skog. I spoke with someone last Tuesday morning, texted him all my information, thinking he would set up an appt. Never heard from anyone until 5:45 that evening, when I received a text that he was on his way to look at the job. I told him that wasn't going to work, I was not home and it was getting dark outside, and I was not going to do this in the dark. Wanted to know who was home to show him the work, he was busy the rest of the week. Then he said he could come the next day (Wednesday) at 3:00. Never showed up and never called again! Evidently this company really doesn't want the work. Poor customer service.

I love having my TV on the wall. It looks so much cleaner. The wires are hidden in the wall. I appreciate the online appointment scheduling system and the text notices that he is en route to my house. Steven did a great job again (this is the third one he has done for me!) and he is just a good guy! I highly recommend!!
