We are very pleased with the pillars that were constructed for our porch and the porch extension that we plan to use for a fire pit area. Since we also had rocks, artificial turf, plants and a drip system installed, our backyard has a whole new look! The crew was agreeable with our requests. They were a little bit careless with the plants: I had to pull several branches out from under rocks for several of the plants. Fortunately, we have a year's guarantee with the new plants. All in all, I would recommend this company to others.

The staff of Masterscapes was courteous, professional, and on time. The proposal was reasonable and the staff paid attention the the work we specified and asked good questions about our expectations. They finished on time and on budget. The finished product was just what we asked for and needed. We are very pleased with the company and the finished product.

They saved our playground grass! Between the AZ weather changes, and children constantly digging in it, our grass was brittle and dry. After Big Nicks company took over, the grass is back and looks better than ever. Can’t recommend them enough! They do the best job, and have the nicest staff!

Luis and his team are fantastic! Luis came out to give us a free estimate and we have been using Landscaping Authority ever since. They even installed and educated us on the use of our watering system. Luis even built us a beautiful custom planter for our new babmboo plant! We are very picky and went through two companies before Landscaping Authority. We love their service and dependability. I would highly recommend this company!

We were brand new to the West Valley (and AZ) and were overwhelmed by both the amount of work that needed to be done in our backyard AS WELL AS the number of landscapers advertising in our area. My husband did a lot of research on-line and we had several folks out to provide us bids. Marty was very enjoyable to work with and provided us with a plan and quote that fit our needs and budget perfectly. Luis and his team worked tirelessly and helped navigate a couple of mid-project changes we decided to make. Loved the we can make it happen attitude knowing we also had budgetary limits. The techs assigned to McDowell village were very rude on 4/13. I was eating my lunch outside because it was nice out. The workers came by with leaf blowers and didn't seem to care they were blowing dust and leaves at me while I was sitting on a bench. Not very good service if you ask me.

Do not use this company. Constant and never ending screw ups, unresponsive owner, lack of care in their work. Check their yelp reviews and avoid at all costs.

Anthony and his team did an amazing job on my yard. I had originally just wanted someone to deliver and install topsoil for me so I could do sod myself. I had received quotes from other landscapers for doing the topsoil and sprinklers and the prices seemed very high. But Anthony wanted to quote me for the sprinklers anyway. I'm glad he did. His quote was considerably lower than the other guys. And the work was completed quickly, but not in a rushed way. I am glad he wanted to quote the job, and even more glad that he came in at a much more affordable price. It saved me a lot of work on my end.
