From the design to completion Straight Line was awesome. Designer Holly delivered exactly what we wanted. Our projectt included a pool, patio extension pergola, and a ramada with a four burner gas grill, Primo kamado smoker, TV wall, and seating bar. The attention and professionalism all the way up to owner Travis was great. They all take great pride in providing the best quality. Beat a path to Straight Line for your outdoor project. You will have no regrets.

Should hire people that know how to drive your driver almost ran me off the road twice and cut me off almost clipping my vehicle. With my children in the car. Then they almost took out a firewood truck.

Rarely am I really impressed by a business, but I need to say something about Sal and his team. First, he's personally responsive. I got a phone call within 24 hours (probably would have been quicker if I had messaged during the week). He continued to communicate very timely throughout our process. He came within 1 day to give me an estimate. I asked him to break out certain tasks so I could see which items I wanted to include. He had no problem with it and gave me a breakdown before he left my yard. He gave me as much time as I needed to think about it, which didn't take long as his prices were good, and scheduled me within 1 day. I asked for a yard cleanup and a stump removal. He not only cleaned my yard, he raked my gravel and sprayed for weeds that either were too tiny to grab through the gravel or even might come up. I was not expecting that. I asked to make sure no leaves got accidentally blown into my neighbor's yard, and not a single leaf went over there. The wretched stump in the backyard was completely dug out so it wouldn't return, plus he put everything back together in much better shape than he found it. My gravel is smooth, the weeds are done, everything is sprayed, and it looks fantastic. I expected someone to blow leaves and cut a stump. I got so much more accompanied by wonderful service. I will hire Sal happily every time I need work done. Highly recommend.

The individuals I have dealt with at Phoenix Landscaping and Pools have always been profesional, prompt and kind. I have always been pleased with their work and their electronic billing is a bonus!

Well earned five stars, I rarely write reviews but had to for these guys. From my first conversation with Mike I could tell they were different. We received quotes from about 4 other landscapers for our back yard remodel. Not only did they have a competitive offer but they worked with me the whole time to stay in budget. I had a few ideas and they helped me figure out what would be practical and work well in our yard while still getting the look I wanted. Garrett had an amazing vision for our yard - his design background is very helpful when coming up with ideas! He created more than I even imagined and kept it in budget and on time. We just built a new home and they are stacked on top of each other so he didn’t have a lot to work with but did a great job transforming our dirt lot in a place we love!! Both Mike and Garrett were extremely helpful in answering my numerous questions throughout the process even though we weren’t a big project for them. I also had an issue with some of the planters that I bought (completely on me - not them) & they are going to repot my plants for me when I get replacements. Last, but not least, the crew they had work on the yard was AMAZING. They worked so hard, minimal amount of breaks and were so friendly. They also cleaned up daily and suggested created a path in the front yard for our trash can with some left over pavers we had- which looks amazing!! - all around so impressed with these guys. Again, I can’t say enough about G Michael - I will be using them for our front yard remodel when we get around to it!! Thank you Garrett and Mike!
