We used Lone Star Landscaping AZ for a complete redo of our backyard and we are so glad we went with this company. There are many things that impressed us, especially the friendliness and professionalism of the personnel and the ability to translate our ideas into viable results. For example we found a fire pit online that we liked, and they were able to simply take the photo and build it exactly as we requested. They also solved a problem with our pool that others had been unable to address. We added extensive hardscape including pavers, planters and a large barbeque. This was an important project for us, and the quality of the work done exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a high quality result and friendly, professional interactions this is the place.

Hired these Guys to do a cleanup and refresh my property. They were there on time on budget and completely cleaned up and gave my home a new look. I would highly recommend them.

Sergio came 8/23/22 was super fast the order was for the 24th but I called in and let them know it was flooding the street they came within hours he was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue also letting me know through text what happened what he did and where the valve was ! Would not use them again. I can get the same quality of pruning by stopping by the Home Depot parking lot. I had tears in my eyes when I saw what they did to my Pslo Verde. I don't think they know anything about how to prune a tree properly. I know more about the do's and don'ts of pruning from just the online research I've done. I have more to say, but you get the idea.

Sal and team did a great job, were punctual, professional and were able to get the pavers and complete my landscaping needs at a fair price while many other companies I reached out to couldn’t, weren’t willing or just didn’t respond. I will contact Sal again for my future landscaping needs and I would recommend.

They were attentive to detail, executed our plans perfectly, had great communication, and were fair priced. Ivan went above and provided great customer service through the entire process. We were brand new to the West Valley (and AZ) and were overwhelmed by both the amount of work that needed to be done in our backyard AS WELL AS the number of landscapers advertising in our area. My husband did a lot of research on-line and we had several folks out to provide us bids. Marty was very enjoyable to work with and provided us with a plan and quote that fit our needs and budget perfectly. Luis and his team worked tirelessly and helped navigate a couple of mid-project changes we decided to make. Loved the we can make it happen attitude knowing we also had budgetary limits. The techs assigned to McDowell village were very rude on 4/13. I was eating my lunch outside because it was nice out. The workers came by with leaf blowers and didn't seem to care they were blowing dust and leaves at me while I was sitting on a bench. Not very good service if you ask me.

Extremely lacking in professionalism, listening to community needs and concerns, and follow-through. Would not hire.
