We recently completed a patio makeover which included a lot of demolition, engineering and design and building an outdoor fireplace, plants, fire bowl, planter bowls, sprinkler system, lighting and travertine patio & stacked stone. We started with another landscaper and had to terminate them due to fraud. Chris at Lone Star stepped in and helped us start over. Wow! What an amazing job they all did (Chris, office staff & laborers)! They were all so professional and hard-working and made sure every detail we wanted done was taken care of in a timely manner. We also added some additional work in the front yard once they got started. Our back yard is so beautiful and now a true outdoor living space. We still can't believe it's our yard when we look out the windows. It only enhanced our view of the golf course and mountains. We would recommend them to anyone needing work. They have great resources and are so knowledgeable in their work. We are definitely calling on Lone Star for our next project (hopefully Phase 2 of the rest of the yard). It is so comforting to know they do have your best interests in mind. Chris never recommended something that was questionable. Jamie in the office was always more than willing to help with any detail, always seeing it through to the end. The laborers were so professional and had a wonderful attitude, even though they are working outside in 110 degree sun. THANK YOU LONE STAR for an amazing job!!

Unprofessional. Had an appt with one, He showed up 30 minutes late but within an hour window of appt time. he seemed to have no ideas whatsoever about what to do with my backyard. He couldn't think of anything. He just kept rambling back and forth sounding like car salesman but has no vision or creativity at all. So I asked for another person hopefully with more creativity and brains. Nope, the other person didn't show at all. Not even a cancellation phone call. Very rude. Then my friend had the first person evaluate his backyard for grass only. They wanted $13000 for grass! My friend was shocked. No other work involved. Way too expensive for grass in a small backyard. it'll be easy to find someone better and more professional than this.
oh and also big delays. I had asked how long it would take to start the job if I decide to go with them. they said 2 months. Not the place for speed or saving time.

Sal completely redid our irrigation system, both in the front and back of the house, and installed 900 square feet of sod. He communicated throughout the whole process, finished the job earlier than planned, and did an amazing job at a good price. He even checked in on me a few days later to see how the sod was doing. Don't hesitate to do business with Sal!

I want to say thank you to the team at Big Nick's Landscaping. These guys are amazing. They did a travertine installation for us. They did such beautiful work and I am so happy with my expereince. Their crew is very organized, professional, and they do fantastic work. I can't say thank you enough. I definitely plan to utilize their services again in the future.

I contacted Ivan and his team in December of 2019 to see about removing a massive tree from my back patio condo. Prior to hiring him, I had two other guys come out and bid on the job. One told me it would take 16 hours and another was afraid to even touch the job. But Century West Landscaping was up for the task. The guys came out in January 2020 and cut the tree down in 4 hours! I have another tree that is about the same height and needs to be removed again. I'll be calling Century West again to cut that tree down and eventually grind the stumps down so I fix my patio up the way I need it to be. Thanks Ivan and team!

We had this company install pavers 2 feet from our block wall and add rock between the pavers and block wall. We paid $4800! Which I felt was over priced but we were in a time crunch so we agreed to have them do the work. It took three weeks for this to be completed due to lack of communication and although my husband explained exactly what he wanted they still did not understand or take notes. I was not happy with the work they did there is a lot of dirt mixed In with the rock and they didn’t fill in the whole area with rock! I will not use this company again!

VERY POOR COMMUNICATION from this place. We had Victor out for a quote to trim our mature Mesquite trees. His crew came after one failed time & day. They completed the job well and I was impressed with the attention to detail after. However, when I called to have them back to re-trim a tree that wasn't completely trimmed the first time I could not get them back. He made three appointment times and then just blew it off. Take your chances.

I originally hired Pristine Green to clean up my front and back yards. They did a wonderful job, so we decided to contract them for a multi-phase backyard project, including removal of trees, grading, a retaining wall, watering systems, and pavers/turf. Each completed phase was met with no shows, lack of communication, and eventual ghosting.

After this review I was contacted by Pristine Green and they apologized for everything and offered to make it right. After they fixed the stump and grading we had them finish the original project. It looks wonderful and communication was 100% better and everything was timely and professional. We love our new backyard!

These guys are great! They provide reasonable rates, are extremely professional, and always go above and beyond for me. I use them biweekly maintenance as well as tree trimming. They do a wonderful job, are quick and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!!

We have both the front and back yard that needs maintenance and this company is always on time and always in and out in less than 30 minutes. They do an amazing job every time. The photos are from 3 days after they came. Our yard was really messed up from the last landscaper we used but they provided us with professional advice and everything has been growing according to what they said. Absolute most incompetent landscape company I've ever had the displeasure of unfortunately dealing with. What this company needs is someone who can train in the art of power sweeping with backpack blowers. Every Tuesday like clockwork, I as a residential owner of a condominium property go from a nice clean patio and instantly when the guy(s) with the blowers pass by... BOOM! Dirt, debris, trash, rocks, gravel, leaves you name it everywhere! Time after time I have even caught the men and had them to clean off what mess they have created on my patio, and asked they not blow everything under the gates of our units...In one ear and out the other. Asides from leaving personal space a mess? Vehicles in the lot are finely coated with a thick layer of dirt looking like the worst of haboobs has hit... Unacceptable! Leave landscaping to the professionals and NOT these guys!
