Sal and his crew were great. Very flexible to come out and look at the work when it was convenient, talked through options, wrote up an estimate on the spot. Came to do the work two days later, found that one of the items was less involved than originally thought. Was up front about it and adjusted the estimate. Took pictures of parts that were changed to document the work, reset the irrigation timers to the correct settings for the season, left the site clean and as if it was untouched. I scheduled more work for the future.

Big Nick’s did a terrific job on our outdoor bar! John had wonderful design suggestions and the subs did the work timely and professionally. We are extremely happy with the finished product!

I asked Luis to pretty much re-landscape my parents' backyard. All my parents had in the back was just dirt, weeds, and a citrus tree planted by my grandpa. Luis and his team came in and did an excellent job transforming the backyard to a much more attractive place for our family to hang out. My dad especially loves the putting green that was added... and the little bench between the citrus tree and the putting green is a perfect little shady spot to relax while putting around. Did I mention that Luis and his team was able to get the job done in one day! The timing was perfect! They completed the job before my parents returned home from the hospital. Needless to say it was a great surprise for them. Luis is a great guy with great teams working with him. I would highly recommend Landscaping Authority for your landscaping needs. Ivan is a wonderfully talented landscaper. His skills are extremely professional and his work is impeccable. He is very well priced and shows up when promised.He is professional and very kind.

There were a couple mishaps but they did fix them all. I love how my back yard looks now.

I called and asked for a quote , provided my address and the woman saw the address and confirmed I would be able to get assistance but would have to wait until EOD to receive an email with quote. Needless to say no quote. Thanks for nothing.

I received a recommendation from a friend of a friend, and was expecting a good experience with this company but what I got was a terrible experience!
I emailed the contact I was given his name was Garrett. I explained what I was looking for and got a reply asking for my address so Garrett could see when he could fit me into his schedule. I replied with my address and Garrett replied asking who was the recommendation from. I gave him their name and that was the last I heard from him. Then after a week went by with no further contact he showed up very early in the morning. I answered my door and did not know who he was and he said I am here for your appointment. I was like who are you, and he said Garrett from G Michael. I told Garrett I received nothing about an appointment. He said he sent an email which was strange because I received his previous emails without a problem so why all of a sudden there was a problem. It didn't sound legit but I gave him the benefit of a doubt any way and let him give me an estimate. He gave me some information and some suggestions and said he draw up a proposal and send it to me later that night. He told me they couldn't do it for a couple of months and when I asked when he said October. I told him that wasn't a couple of months that is more like 4 months. I once again didn't hear back from him until very late Friday night! The estimate was totally ridiculous at a Price of 27,500 for my small area. It was apparent to me that he was trying to gouge me on everything including adding ridiculous extra fees like 800 to skim the grass when there is hardly any there, and another fee of 650.00 for mobilization and build up amongst other fees. Seems to me to be a very poor business practice to treat potential customers so poorly and try to throw a huge number at them just to see if they are stupid or desperate enough to bite. They might be busy now but this won't last forever but a poor reputation will last a long time. I felt that he really didn't care about my business! It was apparent in the poor drawing that he included with the estimate. The drawing was so basic it looked like a five year old drawn it. One would think that for 27,500 they would want to show a very detailed design to show the value in their pricing! This and the fact they never contacted me to discuss the job further just confirms to me that they are not interested in my business unless I am dumb enough to allow them to gouge me. I have attached their estimate and design so other potential customers can make an educated decision !

I needed 40 acres of vacant land weeded at a moment's notice. After calling several landscapers and getting the runaround, I called David at Desert Garden Lawn Care and he said he would be happy to help me out! David and his whole team did an excellent job. I was really amazed by the before and after and how quickly they got it done. When I need landscaping, I always call David because he is professional, prompt and I know he really cares about doing a great job and satisfying his customers. David ALWAYS answers calls, texts and emails and I know I can count on him. I would highly recommend Desert Garden Lawn care to anyone!

After careful investigation and discussions with multiple landscapers we decided to go with “Botanist of the Valley” to landscape our front and back yard. From the beginning, the process went very smoothly. They coordinated the selection of plants, rocks and any changes with us. All their workers were courteous and helpful during the installation. We even asked them to move our very large chiminea from the driveway to the back yard, no problem. Some additional work and equipment was added without the additional cost. After the work was done and paid for they have had an excellent response to any questions and landscaping touch ups. I would recommend “Botanist of the Valley” to my friends.

Highly recommend! Definitely will be contacting Mario again for future projects.

Felipe returned my calls and gave me a price quote. When I called him back he was able to do the job the next day. He was on time and it looks great. He accepts cashless payments. Excellent job. I would definitely recommend him.

I purchased a new unit at the end of the season in 2016. I had an issue upon the first attempted use of the new season. Liz and the MistAir crew stood behind their product and took care of me. Happy customer!

The low reviews are deceptive and I urge you to look past them. This is a great company with a great team. Adrian is responsive and provided reasonably priced quotes on two projects we had done with them. We had a large demolition of a gazebo type structure with a pit the size of a small swimming pool filled in. We were very nervous about this project but it was done flawlessly and the cleanup was done well. We also had a large tree trimmed and a raised ledge in our backyard removed. The team showed up every day between the communicated time window and each job was done in a timely manner. Payment wasn't collected until each job was completed which is contrary to some other reviews.

They are currently double parked at a qt. And of course they have a trailer in tow. Looks like they are just talking. Very unprofessional and blocking traffic.
