We used Lone Star Landscaping AZ for a complete redo of our backyard and we are so glad we went with this company. There are many things that impressed us, especially the friendliness and professionalism of the personnel and the ability to translate our ideas into viable results. For example we found a fire pit online that we liked, and they were able to simply take the photo and build it exactly as we requested. They also solved a problem with our pool that others had been unable to address. We added extensive hardscape including pavers, planters and a large barbeque. This was an important project for us, and the quality of the work done exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a high quality result and friendly, professional interactions this is the place.

I converted my grass yard to a desert landscape in January 2015, with Victor's Landscaping doing the work. They did an excellent job. It was done fast, never left a mess, and addressed any concerns or changes I had the next day. Ana was always phoning or emailing me to keep me apprised of the schedule. The plants are starting to bloom and grow. I have no qualms about referring others to this company.

The company was hired by the homeowner to replace an irrigation valve. We discovered that the valve was leaking and asked them to go back and repair it. They went to the property, claimed the valve wasn't leaking and charged me a trip charge of $62. I went to the property, took a picture of the valve spraying water and sent it to them. They refuse to look at the video and want to charge me to go back to the property to check it again. I would never recommend a company with this kind of customer service policy.

I'm a new homeowner and we had a mesquite that was not staked very strongly so it did not survive the monsoons this summer. Desert valley happily came out and fixed the trees issues even though it was slightly over the warranty period. Will use them to do my backyard! Great service and nice people.thanks you

Pristine Green was wonderful sent pictures for a quote and was out the same week. We have a large backyard that takes a lot of up keep with a busy life, I just threw my hands up and called them. Came home to a beautifully landscaped backyard and a huge weight lifted. I would reccomend them to anyone and will be using them again going forward! Very hard to find someone who is reasonably priced and meticulous! Thank you!

Provided free estimates, answered all my questions even through text, they were on time and ready to work without any hiccups, respectful to my neighbors and most of all communicated step by step what he’ll be doing so I stayed informed along the way.

The photos are from 3 days after they came. Our yard was really messed up from the last landscaper we used but they provided us with professional advice and everything has been growing according to what they said. I've worked with Sustainable for around 5 years now as a HOA Manager. They're one of only three companies that I trust. They aren't always trying to upsell, do offer fair pricing, don't nickel and dime you, and strive to always provide quality service. Honesty is of the utmost importance to me and I find them to be honest. Even when issues do come up, they acknowledge it, apologize for it and work to make it right.

I'm not looking for the cheapest landscaper. I'm looking for quality. This is a locally owned company, unlike many of the larger companies. Every penny they earn is kept in Arizona and that means a lot.

Do not hire them if you care about your landscaping. Do not hire them if you want healthy trees. They do landscaping for my neighborhood and have done a terrible job in general but especially with our young trees. Many trees have grown over their support wires. They do not bother to trim the trees into a healthy shape for growth, causing them to be deformed and top heavy. They blow over in light rain, it doesn’t even take a monsoon. Then when I asked they prop up a bent over tree after light rain they said no they had to get approval. After a week I contacted the HOA and they said Gothic said the tree needed to be replaced because the root ball was exposed. This was a LIE intended to fraudulently take money from the residents of my neighborhood. There was 0 root exposed. Sickening business practices. If it happened to us, odds are we aren’t the only ones and this isn’t their first rodeo. Stay away.

One of their workers was in a hurry driving, flipped us off and was having road rage while we had our kids in the car. Tried to call to make a report, no answer. You have to watch who you employee , he was non professional and dangerous! I will still be calling to report this road rage
