Sal and his team were the best from start to finish. He showed up to give me a quote at the given time (majority of the companies didn't show up at all or came hours after we were supposed to meet without a heads up), received the quote within a few days and started work about 2 weeks later. He was very easy to communicate with about choosing types of products and colors etc prior to starting the work. His team installed irrigation, paver walkway to the backyard, artifical turf, gravel, travertine patio and travertine sitting area for my lounge chairs. Took them about a week to finish. Their work exceeded my expectations and them some! I love my backyard and was so glad Sal was able to see my vision. I highly recommend Sal and his team for all your landscaping needs

I’ve worked with this contractor directly for the past year. He’s very reliable, and upholds his word. Does phenomenal work, also it was very affordable.

I use Victor's landscaping for all our backyard needs. They've been very good at not only maintaining our yard but providing consultation services, repairing irrigation issues and even doing a major project requiring planting a number of trees and other plants. The customer service is very easy to work with and their specialists are great.

I had been a customer for a couple years and all was good (5 stars) until their crew botched trimming my shrubs (4 stars) five days before Thanksgiving. I spoke with Sergio who promised to have them out to fix the trim before Thanksgiving but he never did. He then avoided my calls so I fired him. Bottom line: They were great until they weren't.

I'm a new homeowner and we had a mesquite that was not staked very strongly so it did not survive the monsoons this summer. Desert valley happily came out and fixed the trees issues even though it was slightly over the warranty period. Will use them to do my backyard! Great service and nice people.thanks you

Desert Garden what a great job you guys do everytime! I've had two other landscaping companies neighbors referred, found these guys and don't regret my decision from parting with neighbors. ? Everytime they leave I just love the way my front and backyard look. I love pulling up to a neat yard... especially, when your neighbors trees are so messy. Thank you Desert Garden Lawn Care. Hi. Botanist of the valley did an amazing job on our Backyard renovation. We wanted to extend our backyard so we could add a swingset for our kids. Our backyard is by a lake and was large but very sloped. They built a retaining wall and fill in certain in the area level. They redid the sprinklers, Electrical, and lighting. They added planters and plants. They put real turf in part of the yard and artificial turf under the swings. They did a great job of putting drains under the swings and slides so that rainwater would not gather in those areas. They gave us many extra hose bibs and electrical outlets throughout the yard which is so helpful. They were good at making design suggestions which enhance the project. For example, we were just going to have simple stairs go from the upper to lower level but they suggested adding a grand staircase with lighting and a dock on the lower level. It turned out really Beautiful. They did a good job communicating. We got a text every morning that the crew is coming to our house. Highly recommend.

I had purchased a new home with pulte and Gothic landscaping did my front yard. At first they did a decent job with replacing a tree which died twice (first one died within a week and second one lasted at least a few extra days than the last) then provided a tree that has stayed alive so far.
My chief complaint is that their customer service work order person is very poor at communication and has taken several attempts for me at contacting, each time i needed something, only to be told someone would come out to fix my issue and this last time never did. There was no communication even after calling them one final time to tell me anything about the status of my work order.
I would highly not recommend Gothic Landscaping for your needs as they are not a company who backs up their commitment to their customers nor value them enough to provide even mediocre customer service and landscaping needs. This is clearly evident by every review being a 1 star rating.

Shame on Pulte for either not doing their research and contracting with a reputable company or by going cheap for their home buyers landscaping needs.

They service my neighbor so I asked them if they would service my yard. One of the workers gave me Alfredo's number who then set it up. Only to stop showing up and stop responding a couple months later. I then called the company directly only to find out I was never set up with them and that Alfredo was pocketing the money and they wouldn't be responsible. The GM said Alfredo was still with the company and while he initially agreed to officially set up service for me, he later said they wouldn't be able to do since the guy who did steal from the company was still with them. GREAT JOB!
