I locked myself in my car last month. I'd never been in that situation before, so I was initially confused. I called my wife as if I thought she would save me. However, she did because she gave me your number. After a short phone conversation, your technician arrived quickly. He did his job very professionally. He took out all the tools, briefly explained what he would do, and assured me that this procedure was painless for my locks. I am grateful for your work. You are doing an important job!

This company has been, by far, the worst company I have ever dealt with. Due to circumstances out of my control, I have to move out of country. EVERY other company (phone, cable, internet) has been so understanding and accommodating. This company has basically said who cares, pay us for services we cannot provide. I was willing to transfer services, they cannot accommodate, yet still wish me to pay? In what works is that even ethical? I would higher consider a different company. This was not the only issue with them, but by far the worst. The staff does not know what they are doing. If you change your wi-if, they will charge you to come out and update the WiFi instead of provide information via phone. Basically, it seems as if they want to squeeze every penny from customers.
