Great experiences. Had a 2017 RAV4 that he had reprogrammed and cut in :15 mins and I was back on the road. He suggested programming the key first before cutting it just in case the new Smart key was bad, if he cut it first then I wouldn’t be able to return the Smart key. Didn’t think about that.
