These guys are great. Over the years they hv saved my life several times. large snap-on toolboxes, small tool carts & truck boxes, locked my keys in a company truck at my home, etc. They could hv pinched me $ real good each time. They didn’t. A fair price on me being stupid, a break on the price when they could. One time they only charged me 1/2. I trust them and I think you can too.

Great place to do business

I ruined my car key and didn’t have a spare. Ran at Desert Locksmith got to me within 30 minutes. He cut and programmed a new fully functioning key with remote start, as well as a spare for an extremely affordable price. Way faster and better than any other service in the area. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Total criminals. Called for a local locksmith to come out and open a truck door with no power locks and windows. They charge me a $170 to open with one airbag pump. When I asked the technician on site he said he did not set the prices, I called the headquarters and they told me the technician is the one that sets the price when he goes out. These people are crooks. Please do yourself a favor and use another company.

Absolute gypos! Quoted $30 service charge plus $70 an hour. Came in 15 minutes, did 5 minutes work to get me in my RV and then said the charge was $130! I paid in cash because I didn’t trust the guy with my cc or bank info and he had no way to give me a receipt. He threatened to call the police when I would only pay him $100!

The key looks as pictured from the Kiosk, however the edges were rough compared to other keys I’ve copied. Other than that it works okay.

I needed to copy an unusual key, but gave it a try st the kiosk. The machine read the key and said it could be duplicated elsewhere and mailed to me. It seemed easier than hunting down a locksmith, so I gave it a go. A few days later my keys arrived in the mail and they worked perfectly! Thanks!!

I should have been a customer the groaned about when they saw my name come up on caller ID, “I need like 20 locks changed (turned out to be twice that and then some) and I need it done yesterday”Instead, they addressed our business issues immediately and with a smile on their faces (I think, as they were wearing masks to help prevent the spread but their eyes were smiling) even in the heat.Big Mike and Austin Powers were good company while working inside the office, respectfully helping out above and beyond their work orders as gentlemen should do ❤️ thanks guys!
