Very rude! I am worried sick because I lost my key and he is being a smart ass like I lose my keys every day and I know all the damn answers. No customer service.

I accidentally locked myself out at about midnight. Within 30 mins Daniel was at my house. He was able to get the door unlocked without having to rekey or take the lock off. He was extremely friendly and personable. I would definitely use his services again.

These gentleman are experienced locksmiths, I had ZERO keys for a utility / service bed. Called manufacture of utility bed, discontinued keys and no key cuts known.

Called several utility bed distributors, and known lock manufactures to try to trace down a key to no avail.

Went to TWO different locksmiths who attempted and failed.

Called these gentleman who told me to come down, within 10 MINUTES or less, he had made a key by using a blank key and a file. Highly impressed from their level of SKILL. Gentleman who was working on it was a veteran in the business with 27 years of experience.

One of my latches wasn't working properly, owner fixed it right on the spot.

Highly recommend, and saved me from having to rekey 6 locks!

Their locksmith services are quite promising, and I would suggest this organisation to anyone. The expertise and smoothness of their work impressed me.

I called at 7:30, no one showed up by 8 even though I live 15 minutes from their location. I called and they had associated the wrong phone number with my address and called someone else that had cancelled their service. I needed to be somewhere by 8:30 and no one was even out to my house til that time. And for the inconvenience they took off all of $10 from my total. Really irritated, will never use their services ever again.

Joe was awesome. I called 5 different places to see if they could get someone out to get the keys out of my trunk, but they all said no because my Mercedes was too hard to work with. Joe came out within 20 minutes of me calling him and worked on the car till the job was done. Awesome service would definitely recommend
