My gun safe would not open, set an appointment with ACME . They sent an advance text, just like they said they would. Big Mike arrived, diagnosed the problem (bad keypad); Mike had a replacement keypad with him, replaced the keypad, -safe as good as new. Excellent planning , service, knowledgeable, and, Big Mike is a really nice personable, polite, respectful guy-glad he was the service guy and he can be in my gone anytime! Thanks for great, effective, friendly service!

called four locksmiths for an estimate about drilling out and rekeying a mailbox. Stoddart's was the only one to give me a firm estimate, all others were between $12-$15 for the tech to come out, and a minimum $35 labor charge. Went with Stoddart's, and within 90 minutes had the tech out. Josh was professional, got the lock out and rekeyed it, and gave me 3 keys for the new lock. Very impressed with the service. Thanks!
