Ive been with out a key for my motorcycle for quite some time now. but Alcatraz locksmith co came out did an awesome job getting me new keys. a lot cheaper than drilling out my locks. plus the experience was pretty cool and actually enjoyable. ill definitely use Alcatraz every time in the future

These guys are awesome!! I had a vintage lockset that didnt work and other lock companys could not fix. I took it to Advanced Lock Service and they fixed it at a reasonable price.

We called to have our new home rekeyed. Big Mike came out same day and was awesome. He went above and beyond, making sure we were more than pleased with our new locks. He pointed out some details about our lock set up that we may not have realized until we locked ourselves out. He was friendly and quick and very professional. Our car key stopped working and i called and spoke to someone here that gave me a quote and an eta. (Piece needed to come in, in order for them to fix it). Called July 5th and 3 WEEKS later they still have NOT fixed it. I've been the ONLY one calling them to get any updates and they always told me that they'd come that day when i did call them. I understand being a small business and being swamped but we live right behind the business and it's been a ridiculously amount of time and ZERO attempts to update me. Can't speak on their work so am only speaking on their service.

I needed a hidden deadbolt installed so that no key is visible from the outside. I looked for a locksmith and came across these guys. I called and scheduled an appointment, and the technician arrived on time and handled everything with care and professionalism. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a new door installed or other locksmith services because they will do the job correctly!

Being able to make a key inside of a FRYS food store made it convenient. I got 3 copies of a key and they all worked great. It does cost a little more than stopping at a hardware store and having a key made, but the convenience made it worth it. I do wish the machine also took cash. It only takes credit cards.

Pricey but the convenience and speed the key was made were worth it.

Price gouging and unprofessional. Refused to give estimate, took 2 min to get the door open and asked for $275, eventually took 100 dollars cash. I do not recommend!

I think mine got lost in shipping for abt a week ... but it eventually arrived and worked great!
