We stumbled onto this kiosk when in Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It reminded us that we needed a copy of one of our keys. It was extremely easy to use and they had some really cool keys. If we went with a simpler one it would have been printed right there, but we went with a design the kiosk didn't have. We had our new key within two days and it worked perfectly. We loved the fact we could save our keys and reprint them without having to return to the kiosk. We will be using them again.

I called this company, and the technician was there in an hour. He was nice, didn't make any noise or mess, and fixed the door in half an hour. I thought the price was good, and I was very happy with it.

First time using one of your key machines. Everything went well. Just surprised that's it's $10 - 11 for a basic key. Kinda pricey. Only costs a couple bucks to cut a key at a Sporting Good Store

On the day we moved in to our new home, I found out the hard way that our home has self-locking doors. I locked myself out (along with my mom and kids) with all keys and phones inside. I borrowed a neighbor's phone to call my husband, and told him to call Old Glory Locksmith since I had fortuitously researched locksmiths earlier that week and had made an appointment with Cory to rekey the house later that week. Cory arrived within 20 minutes, quickly let us inside, and offered to rekey the house right then too, to save us an additional service fee. We absolutely recommend Cory at Old Glory Locksmith, and I have a feeling we'll need him again thanks to these silly self-locking doors.
