Very bad experience with Alcatraz locksmith. Inflated charges and very rude. Please, please avoid this locksmith.

This company is not registered under the BBB. Had a issue with their service. Asked to speak to their management - Called 2 x , and never got a response.. Find another service that is legit. This business does not know what customer service means.
