Best Automotive Locksmithing in Phoenix AZ

Tom was very helpful, and very nice to work with. He spent a lot of time on our front door lock. He went to 2 different places to get the best price on a cylinder to fix the door. Turns out the inner part needs to be rethreaded to sit in there properly, but that will be a fix for a future rekey project. He charged us a reasonable service charge, and left us with a functioning lock. I recommend him to anyone looking for a good locksmith.

Called this number just 5 minutes ago, stated I needed assistance because I had locked my keys out of my car. Guy on the phone asks what part of town I'm located in, I tell him the South Mountain area.

He then proceeds to take a huge breath / sigh, sounding incredibly irritated, blurts out whats the address in an equally irritated tone.

What kind of customer service is this? I wasn't rude and answered his question. If you wanted my address the first time, then ask for it. How was I supposed to know you wanted my address with the initial question, for all I know you don't service this area. Super rude and disappointed.

These guys don't make keys I was told when I called. What kind of lock smith doesn't make keys?

I misplaced the key to my vehicle. I called DNA Automotive Locksmith to replace my key. When I called and explained how much the dealership want to charge me, they explained they would be able to come out that day and make a new key at my residence. I was very impressed with the fast, professional and reasonable price. These guys are amazing and I would reuse them again.
