Our side garage door knob assembly lock was badly worn and in dire need of repair/replacement. We emailed JT for help and received an immediate response. An appointment was scheduled. And, the lock mechanism was repaired expeditiously in a creative, effective, and economical manner. This marks the second time we have used JT's services; the first was in early 2013, when JT re-keyed all the door locks in our newly acquired house.
