I was in a pickle and JT's went above and beyond to help me and my clients.
I'm a Realtor and had a home close in Maricopa through Offerpad. Offerpad has someone come out to change their lock off of the home. The problem is, they give a window of 3-5 business days. My clients weren't occupying the house yet so there was no way for me to know when the key would be changed and I needed to ensure the house was secured for my clients.

To make the situation tougher, I live in the SE Valley so just popping by to check out the house is a 2 hour round trip drive.

After lots of pestering, Offerpad finally called their locksmith and told us they would be out on Dec 24th to change the lock but wouldn't give me a time, nor contact me when it was done. JT's went out and checked the house for me, more than once, including at the end of the day on Christmas Eve!!
The lock was not changed on Christmas eve as we were told, so JT's went out again after Christmas to check on the house.

Long story shortened, they not only saved me a ton of worrying about my clients home, but they also saved me HOURS of driving back and forth to check on their home. To top it off, they didn't charge me extra for all of their trips!! Their price was beyond reasonable.
