He managed to take it apart without damaging it and I was able to use the same lock. All this was done within 15 minutes. Steve was extremely courteous, professional and answered all my concerns.

After my house key bent trying to unlock my front gate, I found this company on my Google Maps app and saw all of the positive reviews. So I called them up. After a roughly 45 minute wait, a man arrived (I didn't get his name, but he had a fairly long beard for the management's information) and after showing him the damaged key; he took it and made a copy of it in less than 5 minutes and had the gate unlocked a minute later. Considering I live in a neighborhood that isn't the safest, that speedy service was very much appreciated. Excellent job and I would definitely recommend this company to others.
