I just called this company to inquire of a wafer kit to rekey my son's car.
The guy that answered the phone told me not to call here again.
I said what? You're from home advisors. I told you not to call here and then I hung up on you.
I'm not from home advisors Yes you are.' he said. That's when it got heated. I said agian, no I'm not. Agian he said i was.
I told him I wasn't and told him my company name and my phone number and that I was looking for a wafer kit to rekey my son's car and just wanted to know if they were a supplier to sell me the kit.
Then after that he was willing to help me, then I thought and told him
You know what, nevermind, I don't want to buy anything from you. You probably have bad customer service from what I'm getting out of this phone call.
Maybe he was having a bad day. I don't know.
What I do know is, I get about 2-6 calls a day from merchants trying to sell me their credit card services. A lot of the time it's the same person calling back within 5 minutes.
Yes I get upset and hung up on them as well.
The next phone call I get could be a real customer. So I never took it out on the next call assuming it was the same person calling back.
Who would've thought that the next phone could be a real customer.

They came tvery next day and gave my their honest opinion. Long story short they were in and out within 30 minutes and were able to fix tgap perfectly for an amazing price! Will definitely be calling them if I have any issues with my garage doors!

Wow!..What a great service experience! Went to ACME on a Monday and I was truly impressed with their overall business efficiency!..I spent over 4 hours over the weekend visiting several stores trying to get copies of keys made that belong to a classic car, a 1965 Convertible Mustang. None of the big stores, Home Depot, Lowe's, ACE Hardware, could make duplicates based on the type of original keys. However, ACME had the proper equipment and it a matter of 3 minutes, presto!..My quest was over and met. All with professionalism, speed and excellent customer service! Thank you ACME, keep up the great work!

He came the next day, and was thorough getting our remotes programmed and key cut for our new truck. was amy place in less an 15 minutes and gomy car open in 5 minutes. probably would have gotten my car open faster if iwasn'nightime and could see inside my car better. I will putse on speed dial because I know I will moslikely lock my keys in my car again.
