Another waiting period ?? Guy calls, oh no I don't do that. The lady from directory texted me, we cannot fix!.

Went home and looked it up on YouTube but, didn't show how to get lock out of door to clean it up.

That happened with another directory also.

The locksmith Ran arrived twice as fast as quoted over the phone. Once he arrived in what seemed as just a few minutes he had my door open in seconds. My battery was dead and he was able to give me a jump start so I could finally leave work after being stranded for hours, after using two other locksmiths. One of witch failed. The other tried to hussle me outta 175 dollars to open my door. Their prices were competitive with many other locksmiths and the service was excellent. Use them if you want fast fair and professional assistance.

This service came out to my business to repair my front door that would not lock anymore. The locksmith attempted to replace the lock mechanism on my door, which didn't fix the problem. My door still wont lock shut. He said someone else would need to come out and finish the job. He presented us with a bill charging us $556 in parts for a $50 part and 6 hours of labor. This should have been a $200 repair and he has not come back to finish the job. I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to call the company back and got an offshore call center. Once I voiced my complaint they hung up on me. Buyer Beware on this company. Either the Company is crooked or they have a rogue locksmith that is soiling their name.

Not given a real receipt, instead given one that was hand written on notebook paper. Customer service was absolutely terrible. I called three times to get a receipt emailed and the email was never sent. The last time I called I was told that I was not going to get an emailed receipt because a technician stopped working for them or something like that. I told them that I paid for their service so I asked if they can just make a receipt. They said they “can’t forge receipts “. The ended with me saying that they better come up with something and them hanging up on me rudely. I call back and get no answer. Sounds like one a big scam to me especially considering that i was charged 169, a lot for a simple lockout.
