Error dispensing key. I was promptly notified of refund. I didn’t get what I was looking for, but I cannot complain w the customer service.

My  boss decided to hire COMPANY NAME locksmith masters of laveen to install our keyless entry system. They were highly accommodating and have friendly staff. They also offer reasonable service rates for the excellent service they provide. Their technician was experienced and handled the job well. We highly recommend them to anyone requiring locksmith services.

I didn't give 5 stars because I thought I would receive keys at kiosk. They are a bit stiff, but with use they will be fine.

Total criminals. Called for a local locksmith to come out and open a truck door with no power locks and windows. They charge me a $170 to open with one airbag pump. When I asked the technician on site he said he did not set the prices, I called the headquarters and they told me the technician is the one that sets the price when he goes out. These people are crooks. Please do yourself a favor and use another company.

First of all, it is very easy to make appointment with Phoenix Lock Master. There is always some one to pick up the phone. Second, the technician C.J. called in advance and came to my house right on time. C J did a quick and fantastic job to open two pad locks much faster than I expected. Great work!

I had a broken key in my front door lock, and this locksmith service removed it quickly without damaging the lock or door. The locksmith was prompt and polite. He also advised me on how to prevent similar issues in the future. That was great!Thanks!

A bit expensive. I could have gone to the hardware store and paid $4.99 for a duplicate, instead, it was $12.99.
I ordered a Suns Logo, and they sent me a logo key from Canada... Go Figure!!!

First time using one of your key machines. Everything went well. Just surprised that's it's $10 - 11 for a basic key. Kinda pricey. Only costs a couple bucks to cut a key at a Sporting Good Store
