FAST, efficient and honest! Describes our locksmith guy, Eddie, from Metro lock services. We own a small pest & weed control business and had small crisis, with our keys locked in our truck. we called Metro and another company, we made a HUGE mistake by going with the cheaper quote of $44 .
The other guy showed up late, and tried to sell us that the quoted service was now $215??!! what a waste of time......

we called Eddie back and he was here in 15 minutes and we paid EXACTLY the price we were quoted, $80!

After coming home late one night, I found out I didn’t have my house keys with me. Locked out, I asked a friend if he knew of a locksmith who could come to me. He called them up himself, and a locksmith was at my place in a short while. It was good that they offered the locksmith masters LLC service. He introduced himself and got to work promptly. Thanks to him, I didn’t need to wait too long outside the house. When I asked him how much I owed, he quoted an amazingly low rate. Quality service and affordable too.

Would have been a 5 , but they were dishonest and milked me for more money. I hope the extra little bit you sucked out of me was worth the bad feedback. Statistically is takes $10,000 in marketing dollars to recover permanent bad feedback online. This does not include people who will read this and go elsewhere. Learn how to do business smarter! Be honest!

The worst customer service , the lady that works there did not rent us a uhaul truck just because my husband pointed something wrong on their slip and she accused him of having an attitude , their customer service is trash.

Cactus Lock & Key were fantastic, we needed a new combo to our safe, we thought it would be a huge pain but they were able to come out within an hour and had the job done within a few minutes. Very polite and professional and saved us a huge headache! Definitely would use them again!

Our car key stopped working and i called and spoke to someone here that gave me a quote and an eta. (Piece needed to come in, in order for them to fix it). Called July 5th and 3 WEEKS later they still have NOT fixed it. I've been the ONLY one calling them to get any updates and they always told me that they'd come that day when i did call them. I understand being a small business and being swamped but we live right behind the business and it's been a ridiculously amount of time and ZERO attempts to update me. Can't speak on their work so am only speaking on their service.
