Luis came out to my house on a Sunday, very nice and service was awesome!

Tom came out yo my home to help assist me with a lock issue. He was prompt when I called him. He was able to get the job done and very timely. Would call him again if needed.

These guys don't make keys I was told when I called. What kind of lock smith doesn't make keys?

Kind of tricky with the pricing. When I put in too expensive, then you offered a half price discount when the initial price I looked at was the half off price.

I locked myself out of my room and asked these guys for a quote. Much less expensive than other companies. Arrived at my house within 30 minutes of my request. Super-efficient and made the experience of being locked out of my room bearable.

Being able to make a key inside of a FRYS food store made it convenient. I got 3 copies of a key and they all worked great. It does cost a little more than stopping at a hardware store and having a key made, but the convenience made it worth it. I do wish the machine also took cash. It only takes credit cards.

I called this place thinking it was 5 minutes from where I was stuck at. The guy took over an HOUR to get to me when he said he was 30 minutes away. The kid looked to be barely 17 years old and charged me $170 to unlock my car which took him less than 10 seconds to do. I’ve never heard of or been charged that much to unlock my car. I tried to ask for some money off since it took him so long to get there and he said no. Lady on the phone was rude too. Will never call this terrible company again.
