I was very impressed and happy from beginning to end with Tree Pros. When I got the estimate on the tree I wanted removed, Mike also noticed some issues with other trees in our yard which I had no idea about. He was very professional and friendly and took the time to explain everything. We had 2 crews. One to remove the tree and the second did the stump grinding. Both did such an awesome job and both cleaned everything up beautifully before they left. Also whenever I called with questions the girls I talked to were sooooo helpful and friendly each and everytime. I highly recommend Tree Pros. I'm already planning on having them out again for palm tree trimming.?

Every year, I call, they send someone for a quote, I say yes, they come an trim all my palm trees. Very professional!

Andy Cruz was very professional in assessing our needsand preparing and detailed workplan The turnover of plan to actual providers of services worked well. Rodriguez and his crew were excellent and did one of the best trimming jobs we have ever had done. Will call this vendor first in the future and ask for the same crew leader in the future.

We purchased an existing home with Mesquite trees, Palo Brea trees and fruit trees on the property. All of the trees were struggling when we took possession. Kris came in and made recommendations about trimming and fertilizing. Kris & his coworker pruned with attention to the percentage they removed and fertilized appropriately for each tree. It seemed like our trees were instantly happier. There were several trees we thought we may lose. Kris has a wait and see attitude. He doesn't rush in to remove a tree and plant a new one. Three months later and the trees are in a much better state. Kris does not try to oversell you. He actually cares about each tree. It's a true doctor, patient relationship. I called and told him I had 10 Palm Trees that hadn't been trimmed in over 2 years and needed lots of trimming. He asked me to send him some pictures and he not only gave me an honest fair quote. I had Veteran Family Tree Service out to trim 2 Chinese Elms in my backyard that needed thinning badly. One is about 30 years old and over half my house, during monsoon storms my anxiety was through the roof(no pundt intended). Andy came out to give me a bid the same day I called him...WOW!! He arrived right on time and quoted a fair price. I was concerned that my roof would get damaged, but Andy and his team put me at ease as soon as I saw him start, he knows what he is doing!
