Hayward Tree Service did a really great job of removing our 35' Mexican Fan Palm and they cleaned things up nicely afterwards. I was extremely impressed with their equipment and that was one of the main reasons for choosing them over other service providers.

They were a true pleasure to deal with!!!!!!!!!! Their guys were very professional and cleaned up afterwords. Their work product was GREAT!

I called over to Radley's to see if they could help me with an old Mulberry tree that was heavy and hanging into the road. They immediately called me back and scheduled time to come over and provide an inspection and quote. We ended up looking a few of our trees, and decided to also trim down a bit of our lemon tree. Quote was very reasonable and the team was on site within days. Great service, no mess, and local business owner. Radley's will continue to be our go-to for tree management in Northern Phx.

Carl was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The crew was very easy to work with on the property which required extensive work. The fee was very reasonable and lower than an other bid. They also helped me put a light post in where the tree was removed.

USE THIS COMPANY!!! I've had my tree trimmed three times. It's a massive tree that I love but have been curious if I should have it removed because each time it's cut, it looks worse. I've thought, Does anyone know what they're doing??? That answer is YES!!! TREETIME DESIGN is incredible!! They're also easy to communicate with, full of ideas... just VERY helpful. I recommend them completely!! Thank you, guys!!!!!!

We have never had such good, professional tree service since moving to AZ 6 yrs ago. Ana & Alberto = excellent people to work with - professional, given to much quality & careful work. They trimmed and did sprinkler extensions for us. They didn't spend time on their cell phones wasting customers time, they came on time, and cleared debris. Gloria has been a pleasure to work with. I find that each of these attributes individually are rare in the service industry in Arizona; not to mention the combination of all the above is almost nonexistent.

My citrus trees weren't looking very good, so I called Liberty and set up an appointment for two days later. Daniel punctually came over and immediately identified a disease for one tree, and gave me advice on how to treat it, since there's enough I can do before an expert needs to do anything. He also noticed that my irrigation lines were far too close to the trunks, causing my other problems. He told me the distance from the irrigation lines should be, and told me the heads were the wrong kind. He also told me my watering cycle wasn't appropriate. He left me with a to-do list which I was easily able to take care of myself, without charging me a cent! He also told me if the disease doesn't improve to give him a call. I'm so happy that I've found an honest tree service and won't hesitate to contact them again. Please, if you need a tree service, call these people!

The Cutting Edge is wonderful. Their price quotes were very reasonable and work product was excellent. They also do yard cleanup, maintenance, landscaping. They were prompt, friendly and did a great job.
I will definitely be using them in the future for major landscaping and cleanup. I am also using them for monthly maintenance.

The process was very simple and we got 2 large trees removed entirely during a busy season with little notice. We received updates and feedback prior/after the project and they made sure that we were satisfied and all that all questions were answered. Their knowledge, certifications, and effort makes a big difference with larger projects like ours. Great work guys!

The crew did an amazing job! They are professional, and very good at what they do. Not only that, the crew appears to enjoy their jobs and have fun while doing it! I am so glad I hired them. They also gave me great information about the trees I have. I will definitely be recommending them and hiring them again in the future.

Dan was awesome. He pruned and thinned my fig and Jacaranda trees. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. Clean up was very thorough. I will definitely be hiring Dan again.

Evan did an excellent job in the estimated amount of time that he gave us. Got rid of all the mistletoe and trimmed the trees beautifully. 5 stars for this hard working man !

I hired Hummingbird Tree Care last year and they did a fantastic job. However, I’ve attempted to hire them twice and twice they were a no show.

Our first no show was November 3rd 2022. Johnny confirmed our appointment about a two weeks prior. However, was then completely non responsive when we texted or called to verify we were still on for our appointment 24 hours before. Of course day of he never showed. We even called and texted to make sure he was ok? Again no explanation or return call.

After months of not hearing from him I called and spoke to him (this time he answered) I explained he had done work for us in the past and we would like to have him out to crown our tree. He asked if I could send him photos. I was driving at the time and forgot to send them. So the next day he texted me a reminder. I immediately sent photos. We exchanged texts and I was given a price of 1200.00. I agreed to the fee and he confirmed he would arrive on February 16th between 7-8am. I texted him on Monday the 13th to verify we’re still set (given our past experience). Again no response and again a no show on the 16th. I called both numbers he has on the internet with no option to leave a message with either. Therefore, I texted him and emailed him asking for an explanation? Again non responsive.

I am disgruntled because I took off work, boarded my dog, and picked up the yard/took down stringed light—all in anticipation of our trees being serviced. Not once but twice for him to no show. I find this disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

I guess he doesn’t value 1200.00 and lacks human decency to notify people of rescheduling or postponing a job if they’re setback due to inclement weather or employee shortages etc.

We are completely understanding people. Heck we offered him a second chance and didn’t hold the first no show against his company. However, two no shows is where I draw the line and write an honest review. Hopefully, others do not experience the unprofessionalism of hummingbird tree care.

Don’t waste your time with this company.
