Hayward Tree Service did a really great job of removing our 35' Mexican Fan Palm and they cleaned things up nicely afterwards. I was extremely impressed with their equipment and that was one of the main reasons for choosing them over other service providers.

Tree trimming was done correctly and the employees were professional.

We hired Sam to remove a 60' pine tree that died after a brutal hot summer. Since the tree was located within 4' of our home and block wall, and 10' of our neighbors home, it was critical we hired an experienced, insured tree service. I cannot say enough good things about Radley Tree Service. Sam and his crew are amazing! It is clear his team have worked together for a long time. They know their roles and work together so efficiently and seamlessly to get the job done in no time. It is quite a show to watch too! They are poetry in motion! It stunned me how clean they left the job site. We couldn't even find a pine needle left behind! You would never know there was a massive pine tree there! He also did a lot of trimming in the back yard that was long over due. I highly recommend Radley Tree Service. Sam thanks again for all the work you did at my moms place. I highly reccomend Trees For Needs. I recently contacted them to provide an estimate on tree removal and trimming for several trees in my yard. The level of service received has been amazing. Andy showed up at the exact time of the appointment and the follow up from the office. The crew who came out to perform the work was friendly. They did a fantastic job in shaping my tree and the clean up was great. This was by far the best customer experience I have received in a very long time. I absolutely will be using them again and will be referring them to friends and family!

The Cutting Edge is wonderful. Their price quotes were very reasonable and work product was excellent. They also do yard cleanup, maintenance, landscaping. They were prompt, friendly and did a great job.

They did the work on time and as priced. Their pricing was less than other arborist tree services we had used in the past. They left the yard cleaner than when they arrived and there was no damage to the plants below the large mesquite they trimmed. We will use them again.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS ! ! ! Arizona Treeworks does NOT listen to their cusomers as to how the customer wants his tree cut. They follow their own policies and do NOT communicate with the customer as to how the tree can be cut. Left my front yard elm tree looking horrible, without allowing me to tell them how I'd like it to look.

We highly recommend this company. The professionalism started with Ashley who had Jon, the owner write up a quote on tree trimming. I received the quote within hours. Shane led the crew that came out to trim three trees. After discussing with me how much trimming I wanted they worked nonstop for many hours. My husband and I are extremely happy with the outcome. We certainly will use their services again.

I hired Hummingbird Tree Care last year and they did a fantastic job. However, I’ve attempted to hire them twice and twice they were a no show.

Our first no show was November 3rd 2022. Johnny confirmed our appointment about a two weeks prior. However, was then completely non responsive when we texted or called to verify we were still on for our appointment 24 hours before. Of course day of he never showed. We even called and texted to make sure he was ok? Again no explanation or return call.

After months of not hearing from him I called and spoke to him (this time he answered) I explained he had done work for us in the past and we would like to have him out to crown our tree. He asked if I could send him photos. I was driving at the time and forgot to send them. So the next day he texted me a reminder. I immediately sent photos. We exchanged texts and I was given a price of 1200.00. I agreed to the fee and he confirmed he would arrive on February 16th between 7-8am. I texted him on Monday the 13th to verify we’re still set (given our past experience). Again no response and again a no show on the 16th. I called both numbers he has on the internet with no option to leave a message with either. Therefore, I texted him and emailed him asking for an explanation? Again non responsive.

I am disgruntled because I took off work, boarded my dog, and picked up the yard/took down stringed light—all in anticipation of our trees being serviced. Not once but twice for him to no show. I find this disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

I guess he doesn’t value 1200.00 and lacks human decency to notify people of rescheduling or postponing a job if they’re setback due to inclement weather or employee shortages etc.

We are completely understanding people. Heck we offered him a second chance and didn’t hold the first no show against his company. However, two no shows is where I draw the line and write an honest review. Hopefully, others do not experience the unprofessionalism of hummingbird tree care.

Don’t waste your time with this company.
