Best Palm Tree Maintenance Services in Phoenix AZ

4/26/21 Scheduling was an issue. No one called to confirm time frame. The crew came out and had to reschedule for the following day as they did not know they needed a ladder to do my palm tree. They showed up the following day and the ladder was broke. Humberto was the lead and was quick to come up with a solution. They completed the job and the trees look great. Humberto and Manuel with their crew cleaned everything up and my yard looks great. They even skimmed the debris from the palm tree out of my pool. The office needs to work on their customer service otherwise a great company. I'm still waiting for them to schedule my soil injections/treatment. Called yesterday and no one has returned my call yet.
5/17/21 Cary came out to do soil injectiions/treatments. Very professional, great guy. Di a wonderful job. Scheduling was still an issue called several times to get the appointment.

Great company, nice people, fair prices. I had a challenging tree removal in a tight space between a fence wall and the house. They took a very large tree down and ground the stump--you'd never know a tree had been there and did it without damage to surrounding areas. And that's why you pay licensed, bonded professionals to do the work!

Sam went way above and beyond last fall. I had a unique request of him and boy did he and his guys deliver! My large parrot had flown away and we were tracking her from tree to tree over a day and a half. I was in contact with Sam about the possibility of using his tree trimming truck to get up into the tree to get her because she didn't know how to get down.

Once she got to a tree that we would be able to access with his truck, they came over on their lunch break to offer their assistance in between appointments. Luckily Sam had grown up with a parrot and understood how sensitive we had to be with the entire situation as to not scare her away again.

Within about 15 minutes she was back in my arms and they were on their way to the next appointment. If it weren't for these guys, I don't know how long I would have been camping put in the neighborhood below trees just waiting for her. Thanks again Sam and crew!!!!

They removed a 75 year old pine tree that was starting to worry us due to it hanging over our house. Watching their people was like watching a good ballet. Precise and graceful. The man who came back to grind the stump did an excellent job. This is the 2nd pine tree we had to remove and both removals were fascinating to watch. We have used Design Tree Maintenance for many years now. We have been overwhelmingly satisfied with their work. Professional and clean.

Everything about my experience was delightful, and I have some knowledge, and high standards. Kris is a passionate, principled, knowledgeable, capable and safe arborist, committed to the health of your trees. He and Jose are also so enjoyable to work with. The work at my home included a tree very close to the house that I wanted to save, but trim back from the roof. Each cut was thoughtful and accomplished the goal while preserving the aesthetic of the tree. Next was a ‘vista’ trimming of trees screening my view. Again, thoughtful and interactive, cutting out dead wood, reducing the crowns and leaving healthier trees and a stunning view. Kris also cleaned up a citrus tree and a damaged tree at the street. Their work was quick and efficient and clean up went above and beyond. Quick to quote and schedule.

This is the first time I used a tree trimming service as my trees were getting too large for myself and my landscapers to take care of. Their arborist came and gave us a quote for trimming 6 trees on our property. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and emailed me the quote right away, which was more reasonable than the other quote received.
The crew arrived on time and were very efficient and competent. It consisted of two tree cutters and 2-3 helpers/assistants. I went out several times to check on them but they knew exactly what they were doing. Having taken a class on tree trimming at the Desert Botanical Garden myself I knew what not to do, and they did too.
I gladly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I was impressed with the precision of the cuts, the attention to detail, and the overall process and cleanup work. It was very fairly priced for the amount of work involved. I was very impressed. And best of all, in my patio there was so much space that I installed a playground with swings for the children. Everyone at home was very satisfied. Thank you again.

I would highly recommend Juan and his partner for tree trimming! He trimmed two of our GIANT unruly ficus trees today and did an incredible job for a very reasonable price. His attention to detail is unmatched. The clean up was spotless. they were fast, friendly and 100% professional. Our trees have never looked better. We will be repeat customers for sure!

Absolutely rude and disrespectful. Showed up unannounced, banging on our front door, and yelling like a madman, despite the fact we have doorbells available. After showing him the property, we told him we'd like our two large trees trimmed. He started complaining he has no access to the trees and tried to go through our neighbors property, we merely asked him for an estimate which turned out to be 4000$. After we declined he was insulting beyond reason. I absolutely advise against this company.
