Find another company to do your tree removal. This company is very good at selling their service but the crew they sent for tree removal was unprofessional and untrained; no manager in the group. They damaged a 10 year old agave which was a beautiful specimen; now we decide if we will look at this plant for the next 5 years or if we take it out. This was totally unnecessary and should never have happened as it was stated on our estimate to protect the agave plants in our yard. Management was totally unconcerned; no apology, no call to make this right with us, no offer of replacement plant, no adjustment to our bill after sending Kyle out to look at the mess. Kyle took photos but no one seems concerned about the damage their workers did...very disappointing! I assure you, you can find someone much much less expensive and who will do a better job for you....keep looking!May 23...This is an update to the review we submitted earlier in the month. Tree Pros addressed our complaint by refunding us $100 and a complimentary soil treatment to the damaged agave. After all communication and our experience with Tree Pros, we feel a two star is a fair rating for this company instead of the one star we originally gave.

Guy on the phone (Jason) was short with me and rude. The tree trimming we needed I guess wasnt a big enough job for him...he made me feel inadequate,and like I wasnt important! Noone else was available in my area so I went ahead and used thier service, some homeless looking guy showed up to trim the trees, didnt say but two words to me(maybe didnt speak English) then took off! His truck was leaking oil on my driveway the whole time! The guy didnt even pick up all the trimmings...I guess thats what you get for taking a chance. Wont happen again! What kind of professional talks down to people,has bad service,high prices and leaves your driveway a mess??? The guys whos face is on the hood of the trucks a guess! What a chauvinistic fool!

Ultimate professionals. The expert in the tree could tell live branches from dead ones, figured out which order to start cutting so he would still be able to access remaining dead wood, was careful to safely store his saw after each cutting before doing anything else. The crew was pleasant, professional, and competent. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. I am convinced that trees should only be cared for by professionals who know that different trees require different care and under different circumstances. I've tried many different so-called tree experts but I've found the one with whom I will stay! I highly recommend this company!

I've been using BJ's landscaping for a couple years I am very satisfied with the work. They're very flexible I need a date changed. Whenever there is a problem they let me know about it and if I have one for them there immediately able to correct it. Prior to them I went through three different landscapers. We've recently purchased a new home that needs a lot of work and Anna with Alia's tree service was amazing! She came out very quickly to give a quote and they were out that same week to complete the work. You can see the before and after pictures. The crew was very fast and cleaned up the entire area and it looks really great. I also think they were very affordable and they were one of the only ones that ever replied to my request for an estimate. I truly appreciate their professionalism. American tree and landscape company provided great service! They were able to come out the same day that I called them which was a lifesaver as I was on a very tight schedule. The crew was responsive, respectful, and very hard-working. I would definitely call again!

We have a large Carob tree and Jacaranda tree in our front yard that needed some serious trimming. We used another company years ago and I was not impressed so I held off trying to find another. Well, I have found our permanent tree trimming company! They did an incredible job. They were not only professional and clearly know what they are doing (because both trees could be models in a tree magazine now!) but they are so very knowledgable too. Oh, and reasonable. Highly highly recommended!

Last night’s storm uprooted a large mesquite tree in our backyard. Encouraged by the great reviews, I called Juan at 8:40pm to ask for help. He was very professional and nice and assured me he would be out the next afternoon to assess the situation. Said he would call when he was on the way.

Fast forward to today. No show. No call. Voicemail box full. No reply to text.

I get it. The storm took down a lot of trees. He was busy like every other tree service. No show. No call. No reply to text. No customer service. No good. No stars if I could.

What I love about this company is that they are professional, sincere, clean, good pricing and seeing you and your trees as an individual, remembering you and your trees like friends. Like a hair stylist or bartender who knows your preferences.

Had a massive Mesquite tree that I needed gone.
Fabian was quick with a quote, got me scheduled within a couple days and showed up on time.

We needed someone to remove our outdated landscaping and walkway to be replaced with something more modern and simple. We had a hard time finding the right company for our job whether it be lack of communication or over charging but we held out and found Diving Landscaping. They we're all business, responsive and didn't try to over sell or require any minimum amount of work. Their quote was spot on and fair compared to many other companies. We will be working with them again in the future and I recommend their services to others.

I had a wonderful experience using Good-Natured Tree and Landscaping. I needed two queen palm trees removed in my backyard after they died. Evan, the owner was so friendly, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. The company followed all covid safety guidelines, and took care of the tree removal in a few hours. They left my yard spotless when they were done! I cannot recommend Good-Natured Tree and Landscaping enough. If you need an arborist, look no further!

Had four palm trees clean and trimmed as well as three citrus trees.

The price was affordable until they wanted $80 per service instead of $55. The Service itself was not good. The maintenance was not satisfactory.
