The company arrived on time with an entire caravan of trucks and equipment. They performed the tree removal with safety for their employees, and our house, garage and all outbuildings. They continuously cleaned up after each section was removed. They function with amazing teamwork and professionalism. I would highly recommended this company to anyone in Louisville, Kentucky for large tree removal.

I called them out to take a look at my sprinkler system as well as an ailing lemon tree. One of the owners came out and after glancing over my equipment said it would cost me too much ($1,200 to replace 4 solenoids and a new timer) I told him I wanted to redesign my backyard and decide where I wanted the grass. He offered to send his landscaper out to help me with a design but never did. Based on the service guy who came out I guess they don't think I have enough money because of where I live.

Filiberto and his crew did a great job for me. They took 30 year old pine, eucalyptus, and mulberry trees that had never been trimmed and made them beautiful. I highly Filiberto to everyone. Rick

Anwer questions and is a big company that you pay for what you get so can't say to much since my aunt didn't hire them...

Very poor customer service. Paid $250 for services a few weeks ago and although they were an hour and a half late, I was pleased with the work and decided to rehire for front yard. Set a time for noon, didn’t want them to have a card on file so took time off work so I could be here to pay.
Nobody showed up.
Called and reset an appointment for the next day. They came an hour and a half early. LUCKILY I was on lunch break and randomly stopped at home and saw them pulling up at the same time. No call, no notification, nothing. I called Sergio and asked if there was a service that could be thrown in for the inconvience of today and yesterday or maybe a small discount. He started arguing with me over how the appointment was for 1:30 and they showed up so no. ( Although the time I got home was 12 PM and they did not show up yesterday or even have the decency to inform me they wouldn’t show up. )

I was planning to hire them at least once a month but due to such poor customer service and treatment I will take my business elsewhere. As you all know landscaping is not cheap so I will be doing business with someone who actually appreciates their customers.

Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else.

Todd and his staff removed two trees from my backyard and I am so happy with the results. They worked efficiently and cleaned up so the yard looked great when they finished. Todd was very friendly on the phone and quick to come over and give an estimate. I would highly recommend this company for any landscaping or tree removal. Thanks LOBO for a great experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Johnny did a terrible job. Unresponsive. Left huge seams in artificial turf. Did not correctly close off old sprinkler system and led to a $500 water bill.
