They did tree trimming and removal of a oleander bush. I was asked if I wanted roots removed for the bush. I declined because they said they would remove to ground level. I complained but the “arborist” didn’t offer any help. I won’t use them again.

These guys are awesome! My ficus tree never looked so good! Great customer service backed by a job well done! I highly recommend them for large tree trimming.

We've recently purchased a new home that needs a lot of work and Anna with Alia's tree service was amazing! She came out very quickly to give a quote and they were out that same week to complete the work. You can see the before and after pictures. The crew was very fast and cleaned up the entire area and it looks really great. This is the first time I used a tree trimming service as my trees were getting too large for myself and my landscapers to take care of. Their arborist came and gave us a quote for trimming 6 trees on our property. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and emailed me the quote right away, which was more reasonable than the other quote received.
The crew arrived on time and were very efficient and competent. It consisted of two tree cutters and 2-3 helpers/assistants. I went out several times to check on them but they knew exactly what they were doing. Having taken a class on tree trimming at the Desert Botanical Garden myself I knew what not to do, and they did too.
I gladly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I have had pretty mixed experiences with other tree service places. These guys were the best. They answered a ton of my questions, charged a fair price and did excellent work. I will be using them going forward.

Just had a giant over grown mesquite tree trimmed. I called on a Thursday to make an appointment and they came out by Friday. Staff professional and friendly. They also did a great job with clean up. Great prices!

Fabian removed a big palm tree and when he finished my yard was clean afterwords! also a very goood price , and now i am a life time costermer.

Russ removed a dead tree from my yard, as well as two stupidly planted trees that were causing damage. He also either removed the stumps or ground them down low enough that I can't see them. He also trimmed my bougainvillea. Everything was done professionally and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Russ's work!

Mike Murphy is a liar, he makes deals with his employees and then doesn't follow thru. His business should be shut down, I am gonna do everything in my power to see that it is. Call anyone else. Even the 3rd grader down the street. He throws tantrums like a preschooler and has been both physically and verbally abusive to his employees and customers. His business is a joke. Run run fast the other direction, and if you have any common sense DO NOT USE THIS HELLISH SERVICE.!! My hubby worked for him for over 3 yrs and was treated worse than a slave. I'll take the chance of cutting my own trees b4 I'll ever hire him or wanna see his ugly face again. If you want real professional service for real, call any other place. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Phoenix Tree Removal & its owner Lance were right on time and did an incredible job removing a few dead trees, cutting all the weeds and they left my back yard completely clean! It looked brand new and beautiful when the job was completed. I have never worked with a more complimenting and professional group of people. Lance and his staff provided a reasonable quote and worked with my budget to get the job done. We discussed the job being done in 3 days and it took them 1.5 days. To say I'm impressed would be an understatement! I would call them again for ANY Landscaping and Tree needs!
