Cutters showed up without any advanced phone call or notification of time they were going to be there.
Workmen were courteous, but broke a large ceramic pot and broke a limb off a newer orange tree. The area where the chipper was located was left a mess with wood chips everywhere. Will never use again.

They instantly lost my business when the receptionist argued with me about what my last name was I think I know how to spell my own last name

While I thought it would take 2+ hours to get the tree properly pruned/trimmed and the debris removed, their crew showed up and was done in less than 30 minutes. Tree looked great, they showed up on time, and were gone before I knew it. Thank you for the service!!

Best place to get tree removal, service, maintenance, weed control or anything besides cutting lawns. They are expensive but the work is guaranteed and professionally done. You get what you pay for. Period. You could catch the crew going down the road but you might not be satisfied and the work is surely not guaranteed like Design Tree. Highly recommend. Pretty expensive but again: It's a tree. It's your space. It's your hard earned money. Go with the best.

Arrived 45 minutes after scheduled time.

The foreman (not sure if this is his title but obviously was the one in charge) did NOT wear a face mask when discussing items with me and did not practice social distancing. I was wearing one and I would expect you as a company to provide a face mask to those employees who will be in direct contact with the customer.

Additionally after waiting one month for the service they arrive with the wrong equipment and could not complete the stump grinding after tree removal. I would expect the person creating the estimates to take certain items into account to make sure the correct equipment is scheduled for the correct home.

The workers also left trash (ripped gloves etc) in my yard. They also broke a piece of my sprinkler system.

This is the second time I've used this company and will be the last.

I had two tall palms removed from my back yard with very little room between block wall and swimming pool, one palm trimmed in front yard. To be honest, I was not pleased with the way the job was going. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into two days. My pool and yard were left a mess after day one. But! It was a 120 degree day and the crew, understandably had to take extra breaks. Daniel scrambled and arranged for a crew to return Saturday to finish the job. The clean up on day two was great. There were a few issues remaining. Daniel called me and completely and generously took care of those issues immediately. His crews are truly amazing at what they do even in the extreme Arizona temperatures. His prices are competitive and fair.
