I was recommended to Scottsdale Tree Trimmers by a co-worker of mine and wow are they great! From my initial call to their office, I found Pat to be so friendly and such a valuable asset to this company. She was able to schedule me to meet with their estimator the very next morning and not only did he call on his way to meet with me, he also gave me ample time to ask any questions and gave me an out-the-door price with no hidden fees or upcharges. He was able to a schedule my project for the very next day (I’ve had to way WEEKS when I’ve used other companies in the past!) and to say they were great is an understatement. They showed up on time (something that is so uncommon these days) and consulted with me before any tools touched my property. The work they did was efficient and professional and I was given the courtesy to look over their work before I made payment - definitely a smaller touch that I appreciated so much because I felt like they valued my opinion and took pride in their work! My yard was left spotless! I snagged a handful of business cards from Brandon and plan to recommend them to anyone who will listen - I’m SO glad to know about Scottsdale Tree Trimmers- they’re my GO TO guys from now on!!!!

I've been using LTS for years, and ever since I have not lost tree limbs in the heavy monsoon winds. I have several mature 50ft trees, and LTS services is professional and very high quality service. I highly recommend LTS to for maintaining your trees and keeping them healthy!

Jason Klug, an arborist from Top Leaf Tree Service, came to my home in Gilbert last week to look at my 9 Queen Palms, Pineapple Palm and a Ficus tree. I was very impressed by Jason’s knowledge and expertise, he was a great help in answering a lot of my questions, saving me time and money. ABC Scapes is contracted by our HOA for landscaping services. I have bushes totally blocking my 1st floor windows that haven’t been trimmed in months. ABC employee shows up with a hand pruner to trim a 8 X 10 bush. I sent them photos of the bush so they should have known what equipment to bring.

Employee leaves and never comes back. I have left 4 messages and can not get a return call. Terrible customer service. I wish our condos would use another landscaper.
