They arrived on time and got straight to work removing a palm tree that had grown right next to a block wall. They were quick to work and finished just as quickly. They were pleasant and polite and I will use them again and I will definitely recommend them to others.

Update 9-17-2022: As mentioned below, I'm not the type to complain. I just move on. I'm lifting my 1 star review to 3 stars based on the fact that Ops Mgr called me, and stopped by the house to assess the situation and figure out a solution. It would appear they plan on replacing the tree with an acceptable size tree and remove the stump that they were supposed to the first time around. I will update the review once things are squared away. Looks promising......

I really hate to leave a negative review. I'm usually the type of customer that just doesn't come back if I don't like the service. However, this story may be worth listening to. For starters, Brandon came out for a consultation. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was looking to get an overgrow Mesquite tree trimmed professionally. I ended up getting nutrient tree injections on all trees(4), insect injections and a stump removed. Price was a little more than others had quoted($2300) but this company seemed legit. Now, here is where the story takes a turn for the worse. All services where performed but they ended up cutting down one of my fully grown trees instead of grinding the stump. Whoops! When I contacted Brandon he was very sorry and vowed to fix the situation. When he called me back with the solution they wanted to replace the 20 foot Ash tree they chopped down with a 6ft one. It took 9 years for that tree to get to 20 feet. Obviously, I suggested that wasn't acceptable. He then offered a 7ft tree. Again, not acceptable. He was supposed to get with his boss and come back with a solution. That was 3 weeks ago. I've texted him and he said the office would connect with me. Haven't heard anything. Oh, and did I mention they had no problem charging my card for services not preformed. I did call and complain about the charges and they cancelled the charge. I feel bad that they are at a loss on this situation. I know this was an accident. A measure of a good business is how you handle a crisis. Especially one they created. So far, I'd say D- for Elite Tree Service.

As a professional Firefighter I pride myself on providing great customer service everyday. That is exactly what Fabian and his company provided for me. I called and told him I had 10 Palm Trees that hadn't been trimmed in over 2 years and needed lots of trimming. He asked me to send him some pictures and he not only gave me an honest fair quote. But they were able to come out and do the job all in the same day. Our Trees look fantastic and they made sure our yard was clean and back in order before they left. I am a customer for life and am so glad I found there company !!! I will be posting my before and after pictures on his website

Divine Design Landscaping is a great service business. They are very responsive to requests and are very professional in the field. They just did a great job at my house, removing soil from my planting beds and adding rocks. I love the way it looks and functions. You can have weekly or every other week service and hopefully they are thinking about lowering the cost to the customer for just blowing debris off the property. I highly recommend their service.

I had a wonderful experience using Good-Natured Tree and Landscaping. I needed two queen palm trees removed in my backyard after they died. Evan, the owner was so friendly, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. The company followed all covid safety guidelines, and took care of the tree removal in a few hours. They left my yard spotless when they were done! I cannot recommend Good-Natured Tree and Landscaping enough. If you need an arborist, look no further!

I’m so so impressed with Valley View Landscaping. I’m very particular and picky when it comes to yard work however, I saw them, stopped and asked for a quote. They came over quoted us and started the work. I wish I had before pics I’ll have to see if I can find some and upload later but everything we asked for was perfectly done! They started out higher but due to an other quote we were able to receive the same pricing. I’m so happy I chose to use them! I would recommend anyone to them. They are very very sweet and willing to listen to your needs as well. I will be having them come back for more services! Thank you so much boys!!

Hired to repair my drip system leak , never showed up for our sheduled appointment of 10 AM. I called and texted them and I never heard back from them.

Carlos, Bistrain, Fernando and John were a well-oiled machine and
worked with precision to take out the tree we needed removed. They sent
it through the chipper to clear the bed at the end of the driveway.
Following the removal of the large tree, they cleaned the entire driveway
of the dust and debris to leave our yard incredibly clean. What a great
team working together! Not only are they focused workers, they are the
kindest and most respectful group I have seen since being here in
Cave Creek. These are the reasons we called King for the second time. After finishing step one this morning, Shane and Arturo came to remove the stump and completed the job, concentrating on the correct way to
leave the rock bed at the end of the driveway. What perfectionists they
are...also considerate of the time, polite, warm, kind and communicative. At the King company is Spencer, who, throughout the day was always available to answer any questions and give good guidance to make sure the job was done beautifully. Thank you, also, to Keeli at the King Company who answered my question with a very polite email so that I could leave a review. All in all, this company operated in a most professional way. They know explicitly what they are doing! THANK YOU!

As new Arizona resident homeowners from Chicago my husband and I felt unprepared for the care and maintenance of the many mature trees and shrubs on our Scottsdale Ranch quarter acre lot. The six tall Eldarica pine trees in our back yard were full of brown-needle branches, the forty-foot sissoo and eucalyptus trees on our parkway were equally loaded with dead branches and in need of thinning and shaping. I bought a new build home and hired Outdoor Xscapes to do the backyard landscaping. Joel did a beautiful design based on what I explained I wanted, with a very detailed and fair estimate. He showed how it would look at night when the lights were on, which none of the other contractors showed me. He also explained the warranty in great detail. All of that together sealed the deal for me to hire them. I got a patio overlay with pavers, walkway, drip system, lighting, artificial turf and many flowering plants. One plant died while under warranty and they were very prompt to replace it. I love my back yard!

The previous owner wasn't good to work with or stood behind his business. I would have given him a 1 star. However once Jennifer took over as the owner, she was definitely a 5 star person who really stood behind her business and would always text or call me the same day I would contact her. Not only did she stop by initially to see and try to fix the previous owner's screw-ups, she personally came and even did some of the work. I can't say enough about how professional and ethical she is. Thus, I gave them a 4 star only because of the original problems he caused. I would give Jennifer's company a 5 star review. She did great.

This company does my works landscape. They think it's right to trim the trees when your vehicle is under it and let the branches fall on your car. Still waiting for a call back from them .
