Best Custom Remodel in Phoenix AZ

I checked on-line for complaints against Arrowhead D. & P., no complaints! I received other estimates and decided on Arrowhead because they offered various choices and did not do a hard sell to us.

We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

Excellent service and very good communication. He is very attentive to details, highly recommended.

Everyone I encountered, from the receptionist to the contractor, was extremely professional, knowledgable, and supportive. They did a fantastic job installing our flooring.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Mikko and his team. They did a complete renovated a condo in Scottsdale for us. (2 bathrooms, ceilings, kitchen, flooring, painting) Excellent finishing and easy to work with. (even though I might not always be) Also had many helpful suggestions.

After the reno was completed, we were out of town, and the unit below called to say they could hear running water. With no-one else to call, Mikko had a guy go check it out for us on a Saturday. I would highly recommend Miko LLC for your next job.

What a difference. I had Bob and his crew put a new coating on my pool deck. I opted for a flagstone pattern to match the existing decor. They did a great job and delivered exactly what was promised. I have more projects in the garage and front yard that Bob will definitely be doing. Thanks again.

Buildco transformed our backyard. As soon as I made the phone call they came out to discuss our ideas on the yard, gave a fair estimate in a timely manner and started and completed the project as scheduled. I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! If you are looking to build a swimming pool or do any outdoor kitchens or hardscape. WB design build, is more than likely one of the best contractors out there. We are doing a big project with them and the quality is amazing.

They took deposit in January... it's the middle of August and 1% of carport conversion is done...and that 1% failed 1st inspection...Ron let his license expire so work was done on my property under a suspended license...there is always an excuse as to why his crew keeps breaking scheduled appts...I have contacted AZ ROC and informed them of the operating practices of this company...I could never reccomend ...I would advise anyone to stay clear of Full Frame Construction and Ron...I saw the reviews from last year and brought it up to Ron, who asked me to give him a chance... he's still doing the same thing that others complained about before... he's changed nothing... no more chances Ron
