Their work is fantastic and their business ethics are impeccable! We LOVE our new flooring: both the bamboo wood flooring in most of the house and the carpet in the bedrooms. They'll be doing our kitchen remodel next. Great people to work with, can't say enough wonderful things about them!

This place is very user friendly and professional. They came out to my house with samples and had the carpet removed and the vinyl waterproof antimicrobial flooring installed a few days later. The installation was done at a perfectionist level and looks amazing. The installers worked non stop until the job was done. I would definitely use them for additional jobs in my house and would recommend them to friends. No, they aren't going to be your cheapest quote but the convenience of an easy to work with, reliable one stop shop that takes full responsibility for their work over the lifetime of the product is worth a lot. I am so happy I used this company. Did I mention they moved all the furniture out and placed felt pads on the furniture before they put it on the new flooring. They took complete and full responsibility for the job including all the tools, equipment, etc and they didn't leave a trace, not even our old carpet.

If I could rate a zero, I would. The first contact with Andy (owner/operator) in his store was great. But then something changed and the owner became a nightmare. He talks WAY too much and it's very difficult to get him to answer the specific question you ask. He never called us back when he said he would and we always had to be the ones to initiate a conversation. He was unbelievably slow with everything and took us calling multiple times and going back into the store again to get any movement. He finally came to our house to price it up and when he told us the price of the flooring, we were happy with it. A couple weeks later, the price was suddenly about $5,000 higher than the original price he gave us. When I pressed him on why, he gave many excuses like there were a couple more stairs he forgot to add in plus removing the floorboards etc, none of which would explain the $5k jump in price. I kept trying to get to the bottom of it with him on the phone when Andy suddenly yelled, take your business somewhere else, don't come back! and hung up the phone. Really unprofessional company! Luckily the owner was so slow with everything, that we didn't start the project with him and are now going with the much better/cheaper/more professional Flooring Express.

Very young guys. Super responsive, always on time. they installed 1400 sqf of vinyl plank in my house. the made my staircase look really good with flush stairnoses. would recommend to anyone looking for high quality flooring.

They installed laminate flooring throughout the house. Did an excellent job, showed up when they promised they would, and cleaned up after the work. Everybody was courteous and pleasant to deal with. Great company.

This is an excellent floor covering establishment. They have a HUGE selection to choose from, at all price ranges. Daniel was especially helpful in guiding me through the varieties of carpets and pads, with their respective pros and cons. I may add that the installers were very easy to work with, courteous, and very helpful in restoring the room to its original state. All work and orders actually came in before deadline.

We're very happy with the new shower that Toscani Flooring managed/installed for us. The owner Nick is professional, courteous, and prompt. In an age where supply chain issues seem to be impacting everyone and you can't even get contractors to call back, Nick was on top of things. We received regular updates on when the tile was coming in, and once it arrived he had his teams ready to go in and get the job done. Each of his various subs were equally prompt... Original shower removal team, shower rebuild team, and plumber all showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards, and did excellent jobs. Plus as part of the bid Nick provides a whole house cleaning to ensure everything is perfect. We highly recommend using Toscani Flooring if you are in the market for any tile or flooring needs.
