From day one when Simon came out to do estimate on new HVAC installation and Sergio did installing everything was smooth. Simon was very polite,professional and knowledgeable. Helped us make our decision easier. He made sure that they do job ASAP before holidays even it was very busy month for the company(December). Sergio did great job,explained all things that he has done and stayed very late to make sure that everything is done. All i can say is God bless you and we'll be definitely recommending Hobaica to friends and family.

Tristen Reeves was the service technician that investigated what we thought was a water leak on our property. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout our engagement. A/C & Heat System Replacement was done the next week after quote, a team of installers showed up on time and were done early afternoon replacing both attic and ground units. Install team did a great job!

From the first phone call this was a good experience. Dispatch was friendly and gave a reasonable timetable to expect the tech to arrive. Rhett the service tech went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of while preparing the estimate for a condenser. He checked in and kept me in the know where we were at in the process until the unit was installed. And even followed up to make sure that we were satisfied with the job a few days later. Hard to find employees like Rhett in any line of work.
