Best Storage Cabinet in Phoenix AZ

I had a front entrance door that was rubbing against the door frame. The craftsman that came out was very friendly and said that he would replace a screw in the top hinge . He first tried a screw that would not go flush against the hinge. He then got two screws from his truck. He then took out another screw from the hinge and replaced two screws . These screws where both different in sizes the longer was close to 2” the other about an inch. It didn’t do much good and he recommended placing another screw into the jam on the latch side . I declined to let him do that. Based on what I observed when he started tightening my screw hinges. He was using a drill and not a screw driver. When I questioned him on this he replied that it would not strip out the screws . After he left I checked the screws he replaced and they are all stripped. They will not tighten at all. The screws had no issues before this and they all would tighten. Now I have stripped out screws and my door is still now adjusted correctly.

In response to the reply from this contractor: The reason there wasn’t a charge is because I had called to have you come out a couple of weeks ago and nobody showed up or called. So when I called the office they told me that the manager had failed to put me on the schedule in the computer. So no it wasn’t a courtesy.

When we spoke yesterday you said you could send Jay back out but on one else due to my vicinity. You also stated there would be a charge . I will be moving forward with a complaint to the BBB and the registrar of contractors . I had a reputable door company come out today and confirmed that the screws to the door hinges have become stripped out due to your service tech that came out yesterday.

My husband and I had Triton cabinets installed in our closet and we LOVE them! I called for an appointment and they were very responsive and timely! John and his team are very professional and always showed up on time. I am not a visual person, but John was excellent and helped me design the perfect closet. He measured the space twice, took notes, and discussed different options to optimize our unique space. John even thought of minor details for our closet that I would have never came up with. He drew up the design we had discussed and sent it to me via email by the end of the day. I was very pleased with the design as it maximized the space we had! This company impressed me as the turn around time to complete the project was about 2 weeks. The installers were very professional, showed up on time, did an excellent job making the space look exactly like the image John had drawn, and they left the area very clean! Overall, I am extremely pleased with the final product! The cabinets are great quality and the closet turned out better than I could have imagined! I highly recommend Triton Cabinets. My husband and I will definitely have them back when we are ready to do our garage cabinets!

Horrible customer service, receptionist was short and rude. The person who came out to do our quote barely spent any time in our home, took minimal measurements and then the quote was ridiculously overpriced. There was then no follow-up with us, no communication after at all. There are much better contractors for built-ins out there that won't charge a ridiculous amount for projects and are friendly and professional. KEEP LOOKING!

Closet By Design built and installed a desk with cabinets and book case for our office. Ivan and Joey did an excellent job on putting it together. They were very professional and friendly.

I walked up wondering if this tiny storefront would yield anything useful. After visiting a half dozen cabinet stores I came here and I'm glad I did. They have a great selection at a wide range of price points. There was so many great choices it was easy to find what I really wanted that I hadn't seen at any other chain store. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience and can't recommend this local shop highly enough.

Garth and team were very responsive and addressed all the issues. It was a very large project so there were a few issues with measurements and that was challenging but they worked with us and delivered everything in the end.

Excellent detail, design, and durability with the built-in custom cabinetry that we needed for our project. Andrew's skilled craftsmanship and professionalism brought this customers vision to a new beautiful level. Timely install and clean quality onsite work. someone to call me from any location. I know they’re extremely busy, but they’ve been paid in full. They should complete the job disappointed.
