Paul is an amazing designer and his pieces are gorgeous and unique. I've commissioned him to design and build several custom pieces for my home - he spends time with you to understand your vision and space and the result is beautiful furniture that is functional. I could not find what I really wanted in any store or website, so Paul designed exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price. I get so many compliments in my home on the unique furniture and great style of these pieces. Definitely recommend highly!!!

Jeremy and Jayce are the absolute best! I had an ongoing mold in the wall and a huge portion of drywall cut out in my home between insurance that didn't want to cover anything, companies who weren't eager to help me get back my master bedroom it was a total nightmare. Then I found Jeremy and from email one he was straightforward, helpful and quick with a quote. I had to wait a little while for his service but it was totally worth it. He was very fairly priced and hardworking. Jayce did an awesome job with the drywall, he is for sure a drywall expert! In fact, it looks way better than the rest of my home now because of his skills! If you are lucky enough to have found this listing don't hesitate, use Jeremy's company. You will get honest, kind, quality and fair service. They absolutely are going to be my first call in the future for home repairs.

Great quality of work and very responsive.

We engaged CBD back in November 2021 to design cabinets and computer work area for my home office. We trusted that the designer that was sent to us knew what she was doing but she totally screwed up the design and did not listen to what we had asked for. Less than halfway through the installation I saw that it was nothing like what we had asked for so I called CBD to express my concerns. The installer himself was just as incompetent as the designer. I called again after the installer left to reiterate my concerns no less than 4 times until I spoke to a manager. Another person was finally sent to evaluate the project and he quickly saw the flaws, remeasured and came up with a solution to this disaster. He returned to fix the problems but CBD somehow lost his new measurements and he did not have any of the materials needed for the installation. Needless to say this has been a total disaster but what is worse is the fact that they do not return phone calls and have the worst customer service that I have ever encountered.

Mary and her team have probably assembled about half the furniture in my house at this point. Every time I hire them they are prompt, friendly, and do an excellent job. They can do the work many times faster than I would be able to do it myself and the price is very fair. They really go above and beyond. They clean up packaging, have offered to secure furniture to the wall for me. They have made slight modifications when items has arrived from the store missing pieces. Even my kids love Mary because she is so sweet and talks Star Wars with them. I just can't say enough good things about Phoenix Furniture Assembly.

So happy with the work John did. His whole team was professional and did an excellent job. Will be using them again for my future projects!
