Best New Flooring in Phoenix AZ

My review is for the customer service at the warehouse, not for any actual work done at my home.
A few weeks ago, one of Superiors employees came to our house, took measurements, and gave us an estimate. To my surprise, they were quite a bit cheaper in price for granite counters than other estimates I received.
Yesterday, my husband and I drove an hour to visit their warehouse. Had I known the customer service (or lack there of) was going to be so bad, we would have never wasted our Saturday going in. As we walked in the door, we were greeted by a young lady. She was helpful. I asked for our salesman (the same guy who did our estimate.) She said he just stepped out but will be back shortly, then walked us to the back warehouse and told us to look around until he gets back. That is were the customer service ends!!
About 10 minutes later, the sales guy shows up and asks if we see anything we like. Nothing in the warehouse is labeled price-wise, so we had to ask for prices on the few pieces we liked off the bat. The salesman phone rang, and he disappeared for 5-10 mins with us just waiting to get prices on other granite styles. When he came back, we asked for prices on another price. He was texting or trying to pick up his phone hen disappeared again. This happened multiple time in the 40 mins or so we were there. My husband and I finally got mad that we couldn't get any help and left.
I am all for saving money, but would rather pay extra to get quality service. If the service is this bad in the warehouse, God only knows what would happen when our kitchen was getting worked on.

We had a phenomenal experience from start to end! We did a lot of research on cabinet companies and upon finding Triton, I knew that this was the one! I reached out and spoke with John and his lovely wife who helped me to set up an initial appointment. John arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and well prepared with samples! He answered every question I had and was extremely patient with me while my husband and I made a decision. On installation day they were prompt and efficient and even provided me with all the info I would need for products to clean the outside of the cabinets. I could go on and on but the bottom line is this....if you choose John and Triton Cabinets you will NOT be disappointed! Every expectation you have will be exceeded!

After much research and shopping around we chose Jeff with Stellar Kitchen and Bath for many reasons.
Our first time in the showroom we felt completely comfortable with him and his wife, they are very friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question I had and seemed to know exactly what I wanted, he also had great input about things that I hadn’t thought about.
Let me tell you, he transformed not only my kitchen but my whole house! Everyone that was involved in the renovation was so amazing! The workmanship of everything was spot on, never had to call anyone back out to fix mistakes as it was done right the first time.
I have ZERO complaints.
Jeff was very professional, always answered my calls and emails.
Everything he told me was what took place, there were no surprises or excuses. He was a man of his word and delivered an amazing end product!
We are beyond happy and would happily recommend him and definitely will be doing our bathroom with him next.

Starting with the owner Garth, sales professional Jon Grindle and the schedule coordinator Jennifer, this team is a super team and kept us informed of the progress of each activity. Jon understood our needs quickly and shared a plan with us within a day and then they scheduled our job much before the committed date. Owner Garth will call you to clarify any questions and even make suggestions to make things better. Jennifer kept sending scheduled activities that were all completed as communicated. We got new cabinets made and installed and got all cabinets throughout the home repainted and the workmanship is excellent. What impressed me is that we were not even home during all these and this team coordinated and completed the entire job with honesty and extreme quality.
We are very happy with the work and each if these 3 individuals.

The Hunt brothers did excellent work. We enjoyed working with Josh and Jeff to produce beautiful kitchen and bath remodels.
