Best Kitchen Tile Flooring Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

Working with these contractors was one of the best professional experiences I've had! Doug with them was great with all the super cool master bathroom designs and final product. Communication was top notch, always was willing to answer any questions I had. He worked with me to get the dream bathroom I wanted! Definitely recommend.

Prompt, professional, and reasonably priced for nice quality garage storage. The installation was hassle free and quick. Would’ve like for the initial assessor to have had a stud finder to more accurately assess for number of wall mounted bike racks and placement. We planned on 4, but discovered at time of install we could only fit 3 in the space we allocated for bikes due to distancing of studs. Overall a very good experience and result. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Update as of March 31, 2023. Our job is still unfinished and we haven’t heard from anyone from Sanels. We are currently looking into getting an attorney. Please don’t use this company!

Don’t be deceived by their showroom. What you see in the showroom isn’t what you get. Our cabinets were built so poorly! There are gaps and they don’t sit flush. They don’t tell you when you are purchasing your cabinets that they put paneling on the sides of the cabinets. So when our cabinets were delivered they were missing the paneling. The installers didn’t show up on the day they were supposed to, they sent a different set of installers who didn’t have all the information about the job and weren’t able to complete the job. Sanels didn’t send enough scribe for our cabinets so we are still waiting for the scribe to be installed, the bottom door handles to be installed and we are missing a door to be installed as well. All while we keep calling them to try to get answers and no one returns our calls. When we do talk to someone they just pass the blame onto someone else. So we are left with an unfinished job and no answers as to when it will be finished.

Overpriced, confusing misleading paperwork, when i asked if I could go over the work performed and the agreement they refused and attempted to place a lien on my house in an attempt to secure final payment. Then a letter from their attorney threatening legal action. Treating me like a deadbeat. Really? I'm submitting a complaint with the Arizona Attorney Generals office.

Love this place. Beautiful show room. Great service. Family owned. Awesome to see the company in the neighborhood.

Kitchen Tune-Up remodeled our laundry, added beautiful new cabinets and installed a folding counter with light plus our new stacking washer/dryer. A beautiful job done quickly, professionally and completely cleaned up after themselves. I recommend them without hesitation. You will be pleased!
