I'm adding another review to the previous one done 3 years ago. We recently purchased flooring for our new home which is being totally remodeled and worked with Doug Parry who was a tremendous asset in helping us pick out and purchase the new flooring. We were again very pleased with this company's products, pricing and service and look forward to working with Doug very soon to pick out our new countertops! He's very knowledgeable and more than willing to help us in every way. Great company and great people!

We've used Superior Stone and Cabinet twice recently and are so very pleased with both experiences! This last time, we had them install all new cabinets and granite throughout our new home and couldn't be happier! The Kitchen especially looks amazing!!! Jeff Chaignot is a joy to work with......extremely professional plus their products are high quality and quite affordable! I recommend them to everyone.

I moved to a new home last summer and decided to remodel the kitchen so again used Superior Stone, specifically the designer, Daniel Ciorba. I cannot say enough positive things about Daniel and the team that just completed my extensive remodel which included removing a wall, installing all new cabinets and countertops, lights, flooring and re-facing a fireplace. Daniel is extremely talented, very professional, hard-working, detail oriented, communicates with his clients well and tracks progress throughout the job all the way to it's conclusion!!! He is by far the best designer I have worked with over the years and, as a real estate agent, I will not hesitate to recommend him to my clients and friends as well. As a matter of fact, he is just now in the process of doing a similar kitchen remodel for one of my best friends and I'm totally confident she will be as pleased as I am!!!

The bottom line - Valleywise is the company for your kitchen cabinets and counter tops. We are elated with the results of our kitchen remodel!

We purchased and moved into our home in early 2022 and knew at some point we would remodel the kitchen. The project surfaced to the top of our to do list early in December 2022. We made a list of 3 contractors we would seek estimates from; first up was Valleywise Cabinets & Countertops.
One of the owners, Lucas, personally came to meet with us and discuss our vision for the new kitchen. Lucas quickly understood and offered suggestions which greatly improved the layout and functionality of our kitchen. When we received the estimate for the project we made the decision to move forward with Valleywise and not get additional bids.
Our gut feeling about the company and foregoing additional bids was the correct decision. We then decided to expand the project and replace the vanities and cabinets in both guest bath and master bath. We then met the other owner, Daniel, at the company’s manufacturing location and he walked us through the process. We were able to observe counter tops for another job in the in the process of completion.

1) Design - Prior to finalizing the layout, including the number of cabinets and drawers, the company’s designer came to our home and in a few days we were able to access the computer generated design showing the design for our new kitchen.
2) Quality - all cabinets and drawers are “soft close” and very sturdy. The counter tops are amazing and the lines are “clean
Workmanship - the demolition and installation was almost seamless and everything went according to plan. The only “hiccup” in the process was the design for the new coffee bar had to be changed as the original size of the bottom drawers was not available. As it turned out it was for the better as the drawers are wider and a 3 tier spice rack was added at no additional cost.
3) Price - very fair.
4) Crew - one cannot say enough good things about the company’s employees. They are friendly, possess a true desire to please the customer and their work is meticulous.

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. Communication is excellent and nothing too much trouble. We can highly recommended Phoenix Cabinets to anyone.

A good follow up is something that you are not often expecting in town so this is also a big plus from Scottsdale Quality Cabinets & Countertops and its team. Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I WENT INTO CONTRACT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER ITS GOING ON ALMOST A YEAR NOW. SO MANY EXCUSES FROM OWNER WILL O'FALLEN TRACI PROJECT MANAGER. WHEN I WENT TO OFFICE TO ASK FOR REFUND JEFF WAS SUCH A JERK REFUSED ANY CONVERSATION AND TOLD ME TO GO THROUGH ROC. NOW I HAVE YO SUE THEM GO THROUGH ROC AND CURRENTLY HAVE A LAUNDRY ROOM HALF MESSED UP BECAUSE THEY FAILED TO TAKE PROPER MEASUREMENTS. IN ADDITION A DAMAGED DRYER THAT WAS BRAND NEW. SEVERAL EMAILS GOING BACK AND FOURTH PROMISING THEY WILL COMPLETE PROJECT. JEFF HAD THE NREVE TO TELL ME THAT HE HAS EVERY RIGHT BY THE ROC TO FINISH JOB AS IF ALMOST A YEAR INTO THIS ISNT ENOUGH. THEY HAVE BEEN ALMOST COMPLETED PAID OFF BUT 800$ THOUSANDS RECEIVED. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND ENERGY USE ANOTHER COMPANY

Allen, the owner, is such a pleasure to work with. He's a very nice man and really cares about his employees. I would certainly recommend him and his fantastic crew for any of your woodworking needs!

We recently had our kitchen and bathroom cabinets re-faced by re-new. We could not be happier with the results - they are the only company we spoke with that included new solid wood drawers, hardware, custom staining (any color you can dream up, they can accommodate), and color matching the inside lip of all cabinets… they also were able to correct previous installation issues and had very creative and insightful ideas to consider during the buying process, which allowed us to not just reface the cabinets, but reconfigure certain aspects of the existing cabinet boxes.

Beyond the product and design highlights, the craftsman ship was excellent, with meticulous attention to detail, and they made sure to completely clean up, dust, mop, etc, at the end of every workday. We highly recommend RE-new.

Very disappointed with Jeff. Very poor representation of the company.Wife and I have been excited about redoing our kitchen for awhile. We reached out to this company and saw what great work they did. Unfortunately I really didn’t know what to think about Jeff and his first impression. We originally had an appointment for 9am on a Wednesday morning but had to reschedule and move back to later that afternoon. I was okay with that since appointments do tend to go over at times. Our appointment lasted 30 minutes. That drew the first red flag. Jeff showed up with shorts, a t-shirt and a baseball cap. I thought it was casual Friday, but realized it was only Wednesday. Jeff wasn’t in tune with anything I was saying. He wrote a makeshift proposal and completely forgot about our kitchen island within that 30 minute timeframe. It looked like he was in a rush. The proposal didn’t get finished and promised to have it emailed by end of day, which that didn’t happen. He claimed he was new, had 6 months with the company, was someone’s assistant and didn’t want to loose his job if he forgot something. Measured only the kitchen sink. I thought he knew his stuff and was good at eyeballing things. Our kitchen is small mind you, but I strong believe in first impressions regardless how small or big anything is. Wife and I may have to wait a little longer to get our kitchen done. I totally understand nothings free, not even water, but the number he gave us didnt including the countertops and the island. I know I’ll be going over budget. I may have to do this myself.

So unfortunate you would reply the same way to me as you did to Kristina Ferreira. Unfortunate people won’t take ownership of their issues. I’ll give you another review. I did call the 800 number. Jeff or whoever this individual working for whatever franchise of kitchen tuneup he works for is reached out and apologized. Promised to have the proposal by 2pm. DIDNT deliver. Texted him back requesting that he does not contact me again. Then people complain about jobs going to other people and or countries. If Jeff doesn’t work for you then I’ll find a way to post his picture captured from my doorbell camera on this review to help other potential clients to avoid this impostor.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! 6/6/2022 I purchased kitchen cabinets from Sanels wholesale cabinets. We had the whole kitchen torn up ready to install and we didn’t get any cabinets till 9/10/2022. When we got the cabinets delivered that I paid for and started the install to find out two parts were wrong built and one completely missing piece. They were notified and said they would be ready and replaced asap. We have contacted Sanels wholesale cabinets numerous times over and over and they will lie about when they’ll be done or they’re done or they’re on their way and they never show up. Now we have asked for a refund and they will not refund or answer the phones when we call. They tell us now they’re waiting to be put on the next truck but don’t have a date. We’re still waiting 1/19/2023 and have been pretty much camping in the kitchen, cleaning dishes in the tub and more. Please help this company is the worst!
