We love our closet! Nicole did a great job! She was very helpful and patient with us picking everything out. And she’s very responsive!
Our only concern which was a big concern was the 85% deposit. In this day and age my husband and I were very uncomfortable giving someone more than the typical 50% deposit. In all of the competitor quotes I received none required more than 50% but Nicole spent so much time with us so we moved forward with her.

It was an easy and smooth design and installation. Debby came listened our needs, she worked for a few ours on 4 design closets. We reviewed them with her made a couple of changes and that is it, we had a price on the table she looked for a discount to get closer to our budget, we knew the day of our installation which it was about 3 weeks later. On the installation day the workers came started to work, hard working people, focus and respectful to our house. They asked us to review their job. They cleaned up everything, no mess inside or outside. I highly recommend Closets by Design for your project, their team are responsive, punctual, helpful, good quality. We are very pleased with their job.
