Very bad follow up service if a problem occurs

There are plenty of space and storage solution companies in the valley to choose from. I STRONGLY recoMmend choosing any other one besides Space Solutions in Phx.
They have a design flaw that they will not stand behind even though they tell you they give you a life time warranty.
None of the boards or any part of the cabinet is secured by screws to the wall, only stapled to the sheetrock with 18ga crown staples, not even any glue used. Over time the staples will come loose from the gypsum/sheetrock.
The entire weight and support of the cabinets and what ever you put inside is supported on the base of the cabinet which is made of WAFER/PARTICLE board, which we all know is sawdust glued together.
We all know all to well with the Arizona heat that eventually glue dries out and no longer has a bonding. When this happens, only after a couple of years, the cabinets start to pull away from the wall because this wafer/partical board they use on the base for the entire support starts to crumble.
I would have saved $1000 if I just would have bought the junk from IKEA.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted the Registrar of Contractors and hopefully they will force Space Solutions to fix my garage cabinets but a consumer should not have to go to this extent to have a warranty honored for a product that clearly has a design flaw.
Again, DO NOT BUY FROM SPACE SOLUTIONS ON WILLIAMS DR IN PHX AZ. THEIR PRODUCT AND WARRANTY ARE JUNK!!!!!

Spoke with female at office for an estimate, she said he was busy but be patient...3 weeks later no call back...guess he doesn't need any more business. Find someone else.

Great experience in determining needs for storage closet and garage.. Juan Zaragoza and Jacob Tapia were great installers. Made sure everything was done correctly and cleaned up when they finished.

Is there a such thing as negative stars? I would employ this rating if I could. I chose slide lok after getting referred by a friend who seemed satisfied with his garage floor. Well…after 4 attempts to complete my project, numerous excuses, poor customer service and then being completely ghosted by the installer, my floor is starting to peel 5 months after completion. I contacted the corporate office in AZ for help with this but have not even received a courtesy phone call after 2 calls and a detailed email. I am posting this review to help others avoid a very expensive mistake. Please consider other installers for your home. Stay as far from these individuals as possible.

Great cabinets, wonderful customer service. Owner Dave is awesome to work with. His dad, Jim works in the office and gets messages through promptly and efficiently. Would highly recommend!

What an incredible experience! Scott, the salesman was informed & helpful but not pushy & very nice. The price was very reasonable. The turnaround time was the best of all the companies I interviewed. They were really good about notifying me when the installer would arrive. The installer, Justin did a beautiful job & was a pleasure to work with! Usually I dread working with contractors. It's always something. But Quick Response was an all around A+ 5 Star experience! Please at least consider them when shopping for garage cabinets!

Kevin did my garage floor. It wasn't repaired properly and is now flaking off. And Kevin will NOT return my calls. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING.
